I visited Videocraft recently and due to heavy traffic was due to arrive right on closing time so I rang ahead and was told my item would be put aside for me. I did arrive literally as they were due to close but was happily let in and greeted warmly and with a smile (even though I couldn't find my wallet.) It's so great to have a storefront like this in our city when so often you need to see gear firsthand to make sure it is right for your setup. Their prices are extremely competitive and they have a great range. I urge DPs, filmmakers and fellow creatives to support Videocraft when you can to keep this important service in our town.

Very prompt shipping with products in stock. There was a question over a missing charger from one of the products I bought. They contacted the manufacturer. It turned out to be the manufacturers decision not to include the part, but the response from videocraft was very quick and I had the details within 24 hours of my email.

Wow. What an ordeal but not for me. Danielle and Videocraft have worked tirelessly in bringing into Australia the MEVO components I had ordered. Danielle kept me informed with the delays that were happening in sourcing the components. Honest, open communication all the way with the option to pull out at any stage of the transaction. I have recieved my total order and will definatly do business with Videocraft again. Danielle is worth her weight in gold.

Videocraft is much more than video. I purchased my Sony A1 body through them as primarily a stills camera. Their knowledge and pricing puts them right in the hunt for all your camera needs. Helpful staff that are prepared to spend the time discussing the pros and cons of an item is also a welcome trait.
And local service, to boot, make them the place to go.

What can you say about Videocraft that's not been said before? Even when "under the pump" with the resent "Garage Sale", the service was 1st class, as was the range of stuff on sale. In the 20+ years I've been dealing with them I've been rarely disappointed.

Videocraft provides its customers with excellent, efficient and friendly service. My Mevo Start Camera had a problem loading the SD card. Not only was the camera replaced without a problem, it arrived by express delivery at my home in Adelaide the very next day. Brilliant team! Thanks to Danielle and the manager.

Purchased a couple of Blackmagic SDI converters. Haven't used them yet but I'm sure they will be fine. I was very impressed with the fast dispatch time and speedy delivery. And the pricing was good too. Nice to get some follow-up attention for what was a relatvely small purchase. Happy to deal with Videocraft again.

Thanks to Videocraft, I managed to get my hands on a Sound Devices MixPre-6 II which are in short supply due to current chip shortages. Arrived quickly and I was able to apply License for Sound Devices Noise Assist Plugin and a Mix Assist Plugin. Works great!
