As I usually try to buy locally in Brisbane, this was my first purchase from Videocraft. With the current lingering supply chain issues, if it’s in stock at a good price, it’s a no brainer to purchase the product wherever it is. However, the price was very good and the service, excellent! I had a query about this item. The Sydney store rang the Melbourne store to actually open the carton to confirm which particular model it was (as it was hard to determine from the manufacturer’s model number if this item was the updated one or not, and it was the only one I could find in stock in Australia). Sydney rang me back to advise it was the current updated model they had. Excellent pre-purchase service! The guy I spoke to in Sydney was very professional, knowledgeable, congenial and helpful. The website is excellent too. Overall, I was quite impressed with Videocraft!
