Brigitte has been looking after me for a few years now and she has a warm and bubbly personality. Always a pleasure to see her.
She has excellent knowledge in skin care and knows exactly what treatment is best for me.
Clinic looks clean n tidy. My hair is still growing of course but I think its normal compare to other clinics. Staffs are not very friendly to me, donno why maybe Im Asian. Ive been to 3 different clinics, for brazilians n underarms lazer, this one makes me have the worst feeling. They did not rude but the way they welcome me or receiptionist talk to me or even make appointment are not nice and careless.the phone call person sounds so bad mood. Wont come back again after my 4th treatments as I already paid.
I chose Victorian Laser for my IPL because I’d seen them recommended on Reddit. I’m usually an anxious person who doesn’t enjoy being in vulnerable states. Vic Laser has been fantastic. All the staff were friendly and comforting, I felt welcomed and cared for from the moment I walked into the clinic. The area is clean and pleasant.
I’m up to my second treatment of bikini and underarms and I’ve noticed a dramatic reduction already. I’m confident Vic Laser are providing one of, if not the best services in Melbourne. I definitely recommend them!
