Have been going to the clinic for more than 3 years now for different treatments and they’ve always been amazing to deal with. Definitely recommend them! I got laser hair removal, cosmelan, chemical peels and skin needling done with them!

My experience at VIC Laser has just been amazing. Right from walking in the door I was treated with care, compassion and professionalism.
Jess is just the best, can’t wait to my next treatment.

It was such a shame that this clinic doesn't care about the safety of other customers or their staffs. I informed them I was unwell and had to reschedule my appointment and they told me there was a charging fee because it was less than 24 hours notice, and they used an excuse that I have rescheduled my previous appointments (which I had given roughly a week notice). Apparently if you go in with covid you are still very welcome to? They wouldn't make any exception until I asked them to provide my tests results. Also the person speaking on the phone was very rude. It was a shame because Jess was a very lovely technician in this clinic.

It was my first treatment of laser hair removal and it was magnificent! I am absolutely happy with the procedure and with the very careful and highly professional therapist Alexandra! Such a nice consultation and profound knowledge of the treatment. I definitely will come back and highly recommend this place for hair removal.

Condescending attitude from Caroline who did my Laser hair removal. Wasn't patient in answering questions, was rushed - borderline rude. Unclear promotion deals, needs a lot of improvement.

Massive waste of time, uneducated staff. Never had issues once in getting treatment I come here and there’s a ton. Tried to get me to pay for laser on the lowest setting was like yep, nope that’s a rip off do not waste your time with these clearly uneducated staff

This is the place for your laser hair removal, if you have any concern and doubt-start your laser treatment here first. Therapist is very friendly and down to earth for your treatment. And they provide package discount. Keep your eyes on their webpage. Found they uses reliable machines - I tried few different places, so far this one is the one: best in the outcome. It’s been 4years now. Different part of body I’ve been doing for hair removal, all works. Lady therapist. And she is absolutely amazing thanks Flo I’ve been obsessed to doing it here

I have changed my clinic, as I had heard so many good things about this place. When coming I was treated my Mel, she is very professional, kind and gentle. She doesn't ever make me feel uncomfortable and I love coming here and will continue coming when required.

I did already several times for my precious part of body. The hairs were absolutely gone. It is really amazing. I just sometimes visit for just little hair now. Maybe once a 2-3 month. The staffs are all kind, and polite. Place is very cleaned. Nice organized booking system. Im so happy with this clinic.

I have used this service many times before. To my dismay, over a year ago, getting "laser hair removal" from this company resulted in my now having a literal neck beard. I paid for sessions a year ago and since covid happening and my usual clinic not being there anymore, they have simply stopped responding to my contact forms and emails. How disappointing that I paid to have a beard lasered into me - and then I don't recieve correspondence after I politely enquire multiple times about the sessions I paid for. I would really love to have this rectified, but the contact form in their site gets ignored.
For reference, I had 2 single hairs on my chin before having "laser hair removal" from here.

I am in love with this place. Mel has helped me so much with my beard hair removal. In just 6 sessions, the hair have almost disappeared. The staff is so lovely and helpful. Highly recommended x
