My first time experience with this clinic is absolutely amazing. Mel is very friendly, polite and truly professional. I have got sensitive skin and had bad side effects with laser before, bearing this in mind, Mel has shown her extremely caring attitude and kept checking frequently how I felt throughout the treatment. I would definitely keep coming here.

I've had Paris as my tech for the majority of it, and she's wonderfully professional *and* personable at the same time.
The clinic is incredibly trans-friendly, and the staff want you to have the best results you can have.

Great experience, a clinic that’s run by AHPRA Doctors with provider numbers (which in itself is rare). Prices are reasonable and the quality of care is second to none. The staff were wonderful and very empathetic.

I went for a treatment to remove capillaries veins and I got burnings for 2 weeks on my face and I am still having a red mark on my face after a year. They never give me a compensation or sorry just returned my money for the treatment. I don't come back never ever. I had to do new treatments to get fix my face

I've had an extremely positive experience here, the staff are really warm and always make me feel welcomed. I've been seeing Violetta for about a year now and she goes above and beyond every time, whether she's answering queries about the treatment itself or genuinely asking me about aspects of my life. They're also very flexible with appointment times/changes etc which is important to me with my busy lifestyle. Highly recommend!
