V Hotel Spa - Luxury Day Spa & Couples Massage Melbourne CBD

Had a couples spa day out and loved it, staff are very friendly. Extra thanks to Mei-Lee who gives excellent massages!

This was hands down the best day spa I have ever been too. We had the from here to eternity package it is truely worth the money. Thank you all so much!

I initially gave the establishment a two star review and had booked myself a Rescue and Revive package today with 30 min hydro steam, 60 min massage, 60-min body treatment and 60 minute facial as I was on leave and really wanted to treat myself.

It had started well with the hydro steam was great and it is wonderful having the steam room to yourself. I got good instructions by my therapist and it went well. However when it came to the massage I was unhappy due to not getting enough communication from my therapist about the type of massage she was doing and the pressure of it. I also felt that it would have been good to know what ingredients were in the body treatments as I had to ask.

Upon my review, V Hotel Spa took the time to investigate and address my feedback. They did so in a really thorough and timely manner which I appreciated immensely. They took the time to listen very attentively to my feedback and to make improvements to their process.

Upon revisiting the Spa, all of the issues that I brought up were addressed.

The therapist who conducted the session did a really great job in keeping the channel of communication open and checking in clearly with me beforehand.

When I asked for changes in pressure etc, she was able to modify it which was fantastic and was also then able to check accordingly if it was a suitable adjustment.

I then had a lovely foot bath which was a great way to end the session along with some popcorn and a lemon and lime and bitters.

As a result of the care they took to address my feedback I will definitely be returning back. It is a gorgeous and well maintained space that is very relaxing and it is reassuring to know that they value their customers and will take the time to properly address any issues.

They are even looking at having an ingredients list printed in the rooms so we know what is in the body treatments etc.

Thank you to the massage therapist who made it a really enjoyable experience the second time around.

I've been here twice in the last 4 months and couldn't recommend it enough! The spa itself is lovely and peaceful, calming and relaxing but the cherry on the cake are the treatments. I have had a full body massage, a facial, a foot massage and treatment and can say that every single one was just fabulous. I took my Sister in Law the first trip and my friend the second and both LOVED it too! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself.
Special shout out to Sheena on my side, who worked wonders! Thank you so much, we really did love it.

Never had a spa day before. If I have another one it will be here. Staff were clearly very experienced and communicated well.

We picked the Everyday Couple’s Escape package and weren’t disappointed. The place is clean and the staff were very professional. Would highly recommend this.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience here with my husband. I purchased 2 packages, which were extremely rushed. The massage itself was not professional at all, the lady had no idea what she was doing, she sat on the side of the massage bed rubbing my back up and down, no flow or pressure. It was very very lazy. I had advised her I would like it firmer however she did not apply any pressure. I am a beauty therapist myself and this was just a terrible experience overall.

My wife and I had a couple treatment and it was very excellent. Really nice staff, nice and calm atmosphere and the whole place was very clean and nicely furnished. Would definitely come again. Thank you!

Highly recommend V Hotel Spa! All the women who worked there today were beautiful, gentle, accommodating and highly professional. We got the couples package and would come back again in a heartbeat.

I got the couples spa package as a birthday present for my boyfriend & it was Amazing! We got pampered from head to toe with a foot spa, hydro steam, full body massage & facial. The quality of the massage was excellent & staff were very professional & friendly. I would definitely go back!

A big Thank You to the ladies at V Hotel Spa. I booked a couples pamper package for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. I wanted to spoil my wife with 2.5 hours of pampering. From the moment we walked in we were both treated like royalty. The ladies that took care of us were so lovely. They made sure they were non intrusive. We shared a beautiful morning from the foot spa to the massage to finally the amazing facial. Thank you once again for your attention to detail We will certainly be back.

Had the couple's treatment for 2.5hrs and it was bliss! As regular visitors to day spa's this would rank up there with the best for both treatment and value. Highly recommend!

this one time though I kept requesting her to be harder (deep tissue massage) but she just didn’t have the strength like I have had previously, so another lady requested to take over, thank god, I even recognised her hands, thanks New you’re amazing

Just wanted to say this place has blown me away, Receptionist is amazing sweet and welcoming, Service quality was excellent my wife and i will definitely be visiting again we even received complementary popcorn that was a touch sweet - i wish they sold the popcorn because i haven't had anything like that ever. 10/10 highly recommend
