Best massage I’ve ever had, me and my husband enjoyed our 2.5hours package for our special day, so relaxing, friendly staff and best therapist! Will definitely come back again

Booked a 21/2 hour package, and it was amazing. Fell asleep during the massage, and the facial was very relaxing too… finished with a magical foot scrub and massage

I highly rate V Hotel Spa. My husband and I have now visited twice for a couples massage. Both times was a fantastic experience.

Visited with a friend and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service. Staff were so friendly and gave a fantastic pedicure and massage! The snacks provided were delicious (part of a package) Will be visiting again!

I went 5 to 6 months ago by my self on sunday morning. The treatment was ok but I did not think to go back again then my friend birthday came ups and could not find a good package price like this place so I said let's give it another chance. I am glad that I did because I had Meli for my package and she has a magical hands. I was lucky to have my package with her. The body messgae and facial were so great. Even my friend enjoyed alot with Nouk Difitenly i will return soon

My partner and I both really enjoyed the foot massage but after that everything went down hill. During the massage my partner requested multiple times that the masseuse focus on her middle to lower back down the spine however the masseuse seemed to take that to mean please avoid this area at all costs, this just left my partner frustrated and in pain. As for my own massage is was very difficult to relax, I requested a massage that was not too hard just so I could relax however the masseuse took it upon herself to give me what felt like a deep tissue massage down my left side leaving my left calve extremely sore and weak. I to requested my masseuse focus on a specific area and that was my legs and feet however she didn’t once touch my feet which was the main reason I went to get a massage.

Would honestly not recommend unless you would like a painful deep tissue massage in locations you didn’t ask for.

Booked a 2.5 hour spa package with my partner on our recent Melbourne Trip. And I must say I am more than happy that I chose this place. The first half hour foot soak and massage was lovely and relaxing. Then we had an hour massage of which I chose a remedial massage. It was a great pressure and she got through all of the areas that were tight. We then chose the facial which was so relaxing and my skin looked amazing when we left. My partner on the other hand did not enjoy his foot massage due to the therapist wearing gloves and his massage was not hard enough. That is why I gave the 4 out of 5 stars as it was a couples package and he was not totally satisfied. All in all though it was a great experience and I would go back. Also it made us want to stay at the Savoy Hotel next time.beautiful hotel and the restaurant good looked great.

As a male going to a spa for the first time I was rather apprehensive but after visiting my concerns are now invalid and turned around completely.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, giving more options than I was expecting, with noticeable results for both my Wife and I.
Would highly recommend and are planning future trips.

Was here for my cousins Hens day activities and it was amazing! Staff were welcoming and professional. The therapists were so good and I was so relaxed and was able to unwind! I really enjoyed the foot bath it was my favourite treatment! We are already planning our next visit! I highly recommend

We had a great evening at the spa, with Yoka and Kim (I hope I got this right) giving us very relaxing massages, foot rubs and facials. The facilities are perhaps slightly outdated but the friendly and professional service makes up for it.

Best couples massage facial and footspa we have ever had. 2.5hrs of bliss and worth every penny. Very professional friendly and experienced staff. Will certainly be back

Took my sister and her bridal party here for the hens package and it was magnificent. So professional, the therapists were excellent and the hens package is such value for money, we are talking about getting this once a month going forward! You won't be disappointed!

Got the couples retreat package and afterwards felt it was really great value. Staff were very friendly and during treatments checked in on levels of pressure. Products were of high quality, will be back for sure.
