V Hotel Spa - Luxury Day Spa & Couples Massage Melbourne CBD

I got a groupon for my wedding from this place. When I tried to book it, the lady on the phone was so rude to me. I told her something might have been wrong with her phone because I had been trying to call for over an hour and the call couldnt connect, she said that wasnt the case and I was wrong. She then told me she couldnt make a booking for my groupon cos otherwise she would be selling them directly from her website- terrible customer service.

Really odd day spa!

It's in the basement of the Savoy, but they've also painted it dark colours which is not chic, but depressing. I had a massage and facial experience booked.

You start by taking off your shoes in the waiting area, which were taken somewhere else.no idea where. There were a few random pairs pushed under some other seats.

Taken into a room with a heap of recliners and was given a footbath, then left with my feet in the water for 15mins.

After this walked to another room when I got ready for the massage. The massage was ok, had much better and worse. Nothing too exciting. I upgraded to the hot stones, but they felt like an after thought.

Then someone else came in to do the facial. I wasn't asked about my skin type etc at all, just had stuff put on, no explanation what was what. I could hear jars and bottles being opened and closed which isn't usual, normally things are in individual bowls to stop contamination. No steaming was done and over all I feel I get a better facial at home with a DIY job.

My shoes were returned and that was that.

While a cheaper day spa in the city, not worth it.

Purchased a coupon from Groupon to do the 2.5 hour massage package. A lot cheaper than some other places, but the service was amazing and definitely worth it. The masseuse were excellent and very friendly.

Lovely experience and atmosphere here. Really friendly and accommodating service and receptionist. The masseurs were great and we especially enjoyed the foot bath!

Amazing staff, what a great experience. Gents, save your marriage and book your wife in for a session here.

The lady's at V hotel spa were incredible. My fiance and I went for a 2.5hr massage and body scrub package and it was incredible from the moment we got there. Professional, clean, attentive and overall a very relaxing experience. Recommended for anyone looking to relax.

Kana has the most amazing hands! Her hands need to be made into a bronze sculpture due to the skill she has to pin point problem areas when conducting a remedial massage. Only my second visit today, however l was still remembered by staff, which was quite impressive customer service considering they see so many clients. I am now definitely a life long member of the spa. I highly recommend this service, because like me, once you try it, you will be back!

Tried out V Hotel through a Groupon deal for a Mother’s gift for my wife.
COVID times added complexity’s with booking, but the staff were really nice and we both enjoyed our 3.5 hr stay.
I would give 5 stars but when making the booking for a weekend, I was informed that in the fine print of the Groupon deal only weekdays can be booked.

Good spot for a massage and body treatment. Been here many times and always pretty happy. My only criticism is that the treatment rooms are directly off from the reception area, so sometimes unfortunately you can hear people outside while you're trying to relax. Please tell people to use their spa voice if someone is receiving a treatment.

My husband and I were totally blown away by the experience today. From booking to our complimentary tea and snacks we totally enjoyed it all. 10/10! See you guys really soon. Andy and Alex:)

Me and my wife had one of their couples packages. Staff were professional and excellent with the massages and services. The facility was very clean and has a very nice and relaxing atmosphere.

Amazing! Used my Christmas voucher for the "Here to Eternity" package in April 2021 and whoa. 4.5hrs of amazingness! Staff were very professional and friendly, spa was clean and welcoming. Services were top notch and super relaxing. Would come back in a heartbeat! Money well spent.

Had a couple package with my partner here last weekend. The massage is the worst I have ever had. Inexperienced therapist rubbed you most time instead of massage， really terrible experience. The facial is also average. Not worth the money， not recommend to go.

Booked with you guys on groupon for my girlfriends birthday and was told the dates couldn't be booked (Friday) not a weekend as the stipulation. There were spots available but not to people with vouchers.
We have been here a few times, the last not being 2 years ago but last year.
I tried to get a refund with groupon but no joy so I'm stuck with a voucher I can't use.
I had even less luck when I tried speaking to you guys regarding dates etc.
There should be a way of looking at dates before you book or you should stick to what the small print stipulates which is not weekends and public holidays.

I got the 'From Here to Eternity' package, and I have a few comments!

I recommend the staff having a few sizing options available, as a bigger lady the disposable underwear, the robe and the towel for the hydro steam were ill fitting.

I started off with a hydro steam which was nice, the temperature was great, the overall ambience was very calm and relaxing. Besides the sizing issues above, I enjoyed it.

I had foot massage afterwards, there was a lot of communication, the massage itself was great.

I then moved onto a body massage which started off with some warm up pressure then deep tissue massage, I was vocal about pressure and the masseuse asked if the pressure was okay and explained if I needed any adjustments to let her know. The communication was great.

I then had a body treatment, I would have liked to know the ingredient list for the products, perhaps the masseuse could explain what is in the products and the benefits of the ingredients?
Overall I enjoyed it as it was very therapeutic

I then had a spa bath, she asked what kind of temperature I preferred and also advised that I could add cold water if I needed. I had a glass of pineapple juice as well as popcorn, which was tasty! I had a nice soak.

Lastly I had a facial, she explained the products in order of application but not the ingredients which I also would have liked. I did put down sensitive skin, but found the products were still very fragrant, and I also experienced a bit of stinging with the moisturiser but she had removed it promptly once I advised her. I recommend fragrance free options for sensitive skin, as well as using face rollers or gua sha's for facials to add to the experience.

Also! I paid $12 for parking instead of $65, which was great.

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and think it was well worth the price. Would recommend.

Pretty disappointed. The popcorn was really tasty and staffs are friendly but the massage process was extremely unprofessional. It’s quite annoying that the lady just put the massage oil bottle on my legs the whole time (actually extremely unprofessional) also very rushed for my legs (guess she didn’t have enough time). The whole process just felt like a mess. Her pressure was okay and she’s pretty friendly. My mate who’s in the same room with me doing spa actually caught a cold during the massage. (Legit she was sneezing and blowing her nose for three hours after it) She told the other massage lady it’s a bit cold but she just ignored it (or maybe just didn’t hear it who knows). They also used the warm towel to wipe us off in the end which turned really cold after wiping the backs. Would definitely suggest preparing multiple warm towels and also do proper massage training with the staffs.
