We have had a positive experience with project manager, Neil Brown and all the tradespeople that worked across our bathroom repairs. Neil has been a strong communicator so we knew what was happening and how things were progressing. Neil listened to us, taking on board our questions or concerns, addressing them on all occasions.

All tradesmen were respectful of our home, courteous, and we cannot fault the quality of the work completed.

Renee was great to have in charge of our water damaged kitchen. Her communication was amazing. The team of sub contractors were very professional and always arrived on time.

This company has been at my neighbours property since July and has still not achieved anything. They were recommended by RACV who similarly keep fobbing off phone calls and not giving results even when we call them every day. UBS have left machines here for three weeks doing nothing, they do not return phone calls and say their machines are not responsible for the huge electricity bill my neighbour now has to pay. Avoid UBS and RACV at all costs as after 4 months they have caused constant disruption and even more costs. They don't care.

Shirley from UBS did an excellent job managing our repair project and all the trades used were helpful, professional and punctual. We were kept informed on the plan and schedule and UBS were very understanding when unexpected personal commitments caused disruptions and re-scheduling.
We are very happy with the completed works and quality of the workmanship.
