Very poor and slow customer service. More interested in serving their masters the insurance company rather than applying logic and listening.

UBS was the chosen business to coordinate all my house repairs (storm damage) through my Insurance Company. They were incredibly positive, understanding and totally professional in every way with prompt follow-ups and inquiries throughout the process. They sub-contracted excellent painters, plasterers and plumbers and speedily arranged the initial "make safe" to secure my home from further damage. Thanks for all your efforts folks!

Was abit of a struggle to get the job going with it taking roughly 5 months before works to actually begin, even having a run in with some of their team who struggled to see eye to eye with me as their client. Once works had begun the whole tone of my experience with UBS changed. The trades were exceptional, punctual and thorough in their works. Amy from the office who was allocating trades and checking in was also really supportive and understandable of the whole situation and went above and beyond to finish the job.

Very friendly and professional team, all jobs were done with a high-quality standard.

I had the misfortune to have Unique Building Services appointed by my Insurance company to replace a shed damaged in storms of June 2021. I contacted them on numerous occasions regards the dangerous condition of the remaining structure and the demolition of it and had little response. After 20 months I organized the demolition myself. Finally the new Shed has been delivered but is unable to be built because they haven, t organized concreters. Would not recommend them.

Had good costumer service and responsive. Slow service but listening to what costumer wants. Happy with the service.

Rude on phone, belittling comments made to elderly person who had paid her excess and just wanted the job the insurance company said would be done, done.
Keep away from these people.

The claim took a while to process from the RACV perspective, but once UBS P/L took over things moved efficiently and quickly. The operator appointed by UBS - Gerard Vanderkley - was excellent. He contacted us promptly, (a day after our discussion with Danielle!), and in three days the job was done. Gerard was very pleasant, highly professional, arrived on time each day, explained what he was doing, and why, and cleaned up impressively after the job was finished. We were delighted with the finished product, and impressed with the smoothness of the process initiated by UBS P/L. Danielle Bowles kept us informed, and followed up well.thanks to all concerned

My work with UBS was for an insurance claim and the Project Manager was Clayton McInnes. I was a little apprehensive about the process but Clayton was understanding and ensured that the process was extremely professional and efficient. He made sure he did everything that he could to make sure the experience was stress free. The communication of each stage of the project and lead-times was exceptional. All the trades that attended my home were prompt, friendly and cleaned up after their job, they did an amazing job. The experience was stress free due to such organisation thanks to Clayton. I would highly recommend Clayton and his team.

A terrible experience with this so called builder, 16 months to fix a 6m x3m shed.
One mistake after another, then erected the wrong height shed

From the very beggining all tadesmen were proffesional, all were punctual. Was included throughout the entire process of fixing my shower, was never made to feel like an idiot when i asked questions. Woul highly recommend!

Unique are in bed with Coles Insurance. If you want your claim to be accepted you need to bend to the assesors demand installing his private blowers to dry out carpet. Absolute corrupt both in bed with each other.

After replying No (as requested) and also ringing office to say, I was not able to attend the assessors date, I was assured someone would contact me for a new date. Two weeks later -No one had contacted me, yet I get a phone call from the assessor asking where I was? Assessor asked me to ring office which I did - I was assured someone would contact me, one week later still no one contacted me! I rang office again told person I needed was busy and again I was assured she would ring me, THAT DAY! Still no one cone contacted me. 4 weeks after the event and living with large holes in the ceilings, cupboard contents on the floor and mould growing up the wall - still no one contacted me!

Great communications from Unique Building Services and their sub-contractors. Great work and fast. Very pleased with the overall service and professionalism by all parties. Simon

I used UBS for some repairs to my home as a result of water damage. There were numerous trades required to repair the damage to my home, from plasterers, painters, electricians and installers of insulation batts.

Kain from UBS coordinated all of the trades, who arrived promptly and were friendly, efficient and did a great job.

All trades cleaned up after themselves and their workmanship was second to none. I would have no hesitations in recommending UBS to anyone who requires building works at their home.
