We are very pleased with the services provided. Our fence was built to a very high standard and we have had numerous comments from passers by as to the quality and look of our fence. On completion of the works, the site was completely cleaned. The trades people were all very friendly and easy to deal with. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. The senior project manager had a great team of tradies that worked like clockwork and with no holdups. The extreme hail storm earlier this year resulted in significant damage to our home - broken roof tiles, water penetration, damaged ceiling and total demolition of our solar hot water panels. UBS through their very efficient and helpful project corrdinator, Jo-Anna Ferguson, made the whole process from assessment of damage to complete restoration (tile replacement, internal painting and installation of new solar HWS panels) very smooth. All people who came on site to do work knew exactly what they had to do and were very knowledgeable and efficient with their task. All were most pleasant and courteous to deal with at every point. Importantly, ongoing communication from Jo-Anna was really the key to everything going so smoothly. We are totally happy with UBS and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I didnt like anything about UBS- very bad customer service and lack of communication, the team have no compassion. RACV is as bad a UBS.will never deal with these companies again.if i could leave no stars i would not a very happy customer
