Love the location of this store, as it’s right next to H&M and I’ll usually go to both when I’m in Chadstone. Simple setup; women and kids on first floor and men’s are on second. Not as crowded as I’d imagine, especially compared to say the Melbourne Emporium store but that’s a good thing. Generally no wait time when going to change room.

Asked for an extra plastic bag to carry my jacket that I had taken off as it was too hot, but was awkwardly denied on the spot. What the hell, it's just a plastic bag man

I wasn't aware that the university of Queensland had their own clothing store, the more u know. Great clothes at reasonable prices

All the clothes are so niiiice. I would recommend people go with a visor to avoid looking around too much so they don't spend all their money

They do not have a single Medium size in their entire UT Hokusai Blue and Weekly Shonen Jump 50th Anniversary of shirts, What kind of a business are you running when you have no stock available on shelves or online?

Love the variety and turnover of products. Good assistance, good prices. Perhaps keeping airism for summer and heatech for winter all year round woul be good for travelers.

I love the Uniqlo brand, so somewhat biased review, but the Chadstone store is great. Very big, good selection, helpful staff.

I visited Uniqlo Chadstone on the 15/12/1018 around 1800-1900. I found the fitting room staff were very rude to consumers. No matter racial bias or people using in a fitting room policy. Staff should not assume consumers’ mind unless it is violated the policy at the action. I felt very angry and felt no welcome to the store. Please investigate this. Thank you.

Tried calling over 20 times, no one ever answers phones. Absolutley useless. No wonder its so cheap, just have a bunch of idiots working there who are too stupid to complete basic tasks.

A few staff were quite rude.
One staff carrying a tailor tape refused to measure my waist size, asking me to find out by myself. Dude I worked in UNIQLO for 2 years in Shanghai and staff should do the measure.
There was also one rudest cashier I've ever met.
When I pick up my pants one staff quickly show me the seams for literally only 1 second and assume I was fine. I told her to slow down but she didn't listen.

The quality of clothing is great, but always an issue returning stuff and takes lot of time have to wait for manager to come and process returns.

Pretty good quality garments. Large variety of styles but could use with more variety in sizing. Some items seem to lack quite significantly in the + side which can deter customers. Overall good place to acquire some staples.

Staff are quite helpful here.
You will also find so many casual options
for all family members at reasonable prices.
Stock is always organised.
It's one of the best clothing shops I've ever been.
