This shop is much bigger than the ones in highpoint and Werribee plaza. There is a wider range of selection. Good winter wear collections available now (in Apr).

Great range of basics made with decent materials at a reasonable price, as you can expect from Uniqlo.

The store is neat and clean, well stocked & serviced.

I frequent the clothing boutiques around Chadstone often and the staff at uniqlo sometimes provide the rudest and unfriendliest service. In writing this, I'm mentally comparing them to the staff in the other clothing stores next door to them. Strange and unseemly for a Japanese brand.

One staff named Wendy was VERY RUDE. Im pretty sure was a manager or a supervisor because we were trying to exchange some items that were gifted to us but she refused to due to because of “company policy”. Instead of explaining to us, she was just very rude and impolite. She basically chucked our items back at us.

2 other staff members who served us were however nice.

Big store across 2 levels for, men, women and kids, huge variety of good quality apparels at reasonable prices, very helpful team, neat and tidy display, easy to browse and find your selection and sizes.

Absolutely amazing store. I received top notch customer service as I always do from them. Special shout out to Dylan for his help with putting together an outfit for an upcoming event - he asked all the right questions to give me recommendations and even went a step further by getting me a basket to put my clothes in while I shopped. I will definitely be back

Its pretty cool they will adjust some clothing for free when you purchase.
I am still wearing pants I got there from 6 years ago.

Huge double storey Uniqlo flagship with huge assortment of clothes and products.
Located right next to H and M so it’s very convenient to shop for clothes. Excellent service from staff too.

It’s so massive and they’ve got so much stuff that there’s even a second floor.the designs on their shirts are nice, too.last time i went, they definitely preferred card over cash.please keep this in mind if you visit em.

Store may have good variety but management pathetic, very very poor customer service. I would possibly recommend another store for clothing but never Chadsone branch management

Very good range of items. It's great they have free alterations for trousers bought from them. Reasonable pricing for the clothes

Horrendous service and utter mess of a store. The Manager is definitely not capable and needs upskilling. The dressing room staff are not polite and the cashiers are clueless. 3 trips, 3 bad experiences.

I bought pants and paid for alterations with blind stitching. The result was definitely not blind and just a shoddy job. Not impressed and will be looking for other places to shop in the future.

They have a great selection of clothing with really goof quality at great prices and I absolutely love their in house tailoring system

Their clothes are so comfy and the staff very helpful. Love their self check out as its so easy to use! No scanning required!

Shoutout to the door guy being a massive sweetheart, great experience, workers were so helpful when we needed help looking for sizes and colours!

The young staff are really helpful. The young lady took me right to the area I needed to go too. Best thing with a smile and a comment to let her know if I needed any assistance further. There is a difference so often between Asian and western customer service.

Wanting to see if a particular size jacket in store. No one picks up phone.tried 5 times.answerphone invites message to be left.no one responds to messages either. Usually great experience with UniQlo. Not Chadstone store tho.

Plenty of registers and staff, but if you're paying by card first they send you downstairs to pay (upstairs is card only) and then you have to wait for ages for one register that accepts cash.
