Great overall experience. Excellent value on the end of season stuff. Good value across the board for anything else.

I've found UniQlo products to be very high quality for long term use and am always looking to expand my wardrobe.

Didn't like that a staff member tried to make me self serve checkout when there were literally no customers waiting and several staff on hand.

Pretty poor customer service. Went into store specifically as instructed by emporium store that stock was available and that I shouldn't have a problem getting what I wanted there. Arranged transport to Chadstone, when arrived was then be told stock doesn't exist despite what I was told by emporium store. Was given a number of excuses about software doesn't update etc. They didn't even go to check stock rooms, blunt NO, didn't even want to check if other stores had stock. Complete waste of time money and effort.

UniQlo is very good both in trying to find cheaper clothes maybe for around the home and also nicer outfits for going out. And prices are quite reasonable

Get pretty much all my clothes from uniqlo. Great quality products at good prices. Store is a pleasant experience as well

One of the largest stores in Melbourne, well stocked, a bit crowded at times, not much sale or clearance items.

I love Uniqlo, fantastic range of quality leisure wear and a bonus in store free alteration service for trousers.

I like this place. Good quality garments and good prices. I was surprised to see they have RFID tags. No need to scan individual items at check-out. You keep them in the bag and the system scans all automatically.

Clean and lots of stuff.
But seriously, use the self serve, its so cool. It just counts everything in your basket. You don't have to scan everything. It's really awesome

Awesome Store, and had everything I was looking for! I'm a Big Guy and I found clothes for me, at great prices. These clothes are better than H&M and have the Same price point. Would Recommend.
Staff and super helpful and understand the layout of the Store

Uniqlo offer a large range of quality clothing products for both male and female, all of which are of an excellent quality. Purchased a winter jacket for the season and it was reasonably priced, will serve for years to come. Their exchange and refund policy is a little strict however so be careful when making your purchasing decision.

Love UNIQLO.prefer the Japanese stores.
Shame we don't have GU here, but I'm sure the filter some of the apparel into UNIQLO

Huge store, multi-level, bottom level for women's items and the top one for gents.
Items range from affordable to expensive, but the quality is always great!

I waited 15 or 20 mins in the line on Mother’s Day to self check out, I found out my items couldn’t fit in one bag after paid, I asked the customer service for help to buy another paper bag, I was told I had to line up again to buy a bag.

Multiple visit to this store. Love this clothing store. It has whatever you need for various seasons. The cloth is very good in quality, so you get what you paid for. The store is clean and organise, the staffs were helpful and polite.
Definitely recommended.

They have some unique styles but the sizes are according to style, extra small in some styles matches large in the usual common used sizing.

Great place for shopping for clothes, accessories, and the like! Reasonable prices compared to the amazing quality of products. Friendly staff, and easy checkouts! Also, really large with incredible varieties. Lovely!

Very useful for some budget priced clothing, but you really need to try everything on because the sizing is pretty wierd, even if two items are marked as the same size.

Store is lovely and spacious, the staff there are friendly and helpful. The levels are definitely much easier compared to the Uniqlo at Emporium. Lots of variety at an inexpensive price!
