Great service, its my go to place, everyone who works here understands my requirements absolutely well and helps me sometimes with suggestions that have always worked out well for me. I have been going to Unik since 2017 and have always been happy with their services. A big thanks to Thomas Karla, Nicole and Courtney.

This was hands down the best experience in my entire life! Firstly, l was a last minute "can you fit me in today? ". Which was a cry for help. I live an extremely busy working life and had left my maintenence hair care a bit too long between visits. Needless to say, all it took was a very friendly phone call with Thomas and 2 hours later, l was being transformed. Secondly, the salon is conveniently located. I spend most days battling the traffic in and around Melbourne. To be able to just be where l wanted in under 15 minutes was a relief and a blessing. Thirdly, the ambience of the salon is just what my tired mind needed.l think l fell asleep at the wash basins! Nice. I observed immediate clean ups after each client and all staff conducted themselves at a very high level of professionalism. Everything prior to the process of creating my imagined hair transformation was discussed thoroughly. The process was relaxing and beyond any expectations l had anticipated. Suzette, you are a legend. To say l have spent years looking for a hair stylist who understands what l wanted for colour and then to actually get it right? Oh my, l am so overwhelmed with happiness. I can now walk with confidence knowing my hair is exactly how l wanted. Finally, the man who made my transformation complete. Thomas.you are a true hero. I loved that you listened. Many hair stylists are good but you, my friend, are a one in a million. In no time at all, l had the exact haircut l wanted. The entire process oozed kindness, passion and extreme professionalism. I would say without any hesitation that this has been an award winning experience that l will absolutely, be talking to anyone who asks, go see the awesome team at UNIK.

They did my haircolor perfectly well. The haircolor specialist was experienced and understands the requirements of the hairs according to what would suit you well and what's trending. My friends and family loved the new change on me.

I didn’t get to see anyone. I called for an appointment to have an assessment of my hair as there wasn’t any provision for that type of service to book on line. The girl told me that the person I needed to speak to was busy and assured me I’d get a return call the same day! A week later no callback. Why would I be keen to go now? I only called because I read all the great reviews. Customer service is the first thing I rate. In this case it was unprofessional.

I rang to make an appointment after reading the reviews on their website which I mentioned at the time of call. Nicole gave me the option of booking with someone mentioned in reviews which I declined and booked with her based on her mannerism taking the time to discuss and listen to what I wanted done
A true execution of customer service from start to finish. I had a cut, colour and blow wave-all of which I cannot fault.
This site wheelchair friendly and the staff are helpful, empathetic and warm and I have no hesitation In recommending their services
