The best quality Shisha in Melboune. The Wings are too delicious to avoid. We always go for Japanese Drummette. The bar girl is very easy to speak with. Will bring more friends for sure.

On entering the bar I was hassled repeatedly by someone who seemed to be a regular, to the extent that I just waited while my partner signed in before walked passed this person.

Coming back to the bar we asked for two simple drinks which were both served with the wrong mixer (g&t had sofa, Canadian Club & ginger had lemonade).
The bar itself fit the Bali theme with cheap decor which made us question why the drinks were so expensive.

Thanks for asking me to elaborate on my experience, due to this I wouldn't rule out giving you another visit.

We had an amazing experience in Two Hands Bar. Great place to have a drink while enjoying the open sky view on Rooftop and they also have Beer Garden. Best part they also have attractive Happy Hours everyday starting from $6. The staff is very supportive. We enjoyed alot and we played the pool table which is like a cherry on the cake.

An overall very positive experience. We don't get many chances these days to get out and about so we are glad we came here and made the most of it.

I've been a regular customer here over years and celebrated my anniversary at TWO HANDS BAR last night, It' has great atmosphere, so cozy and staff are very professional yet friendly, we enjoyed cocktails and food was so tasty as usual, Can't say enough of flavoured shisha and nachos, best one with no doubt and reasonable price.
Manager David made us feel very welcome and special, Fasai served our foods and drinks every time with a beautiful smile.
Some reviews seems not fair to the manager and the venue considering harsh rules and restrictions that these types of businesses are dealing with due to covid so let's be more understanding and kind to each other as time is tough.
Highly recommend to go to.

Pls guys do not come to this place
1. Highly over priced Sheesha (they charged differently in flavours n other stuffs)
2.too uncomfortable sittings
3.food is pathetic

Overall we are 4 guys, paid 250 $ and highly dis appointed!

Terrible experience, owner is rude and entitled. We asked him if he had a menu and he’s response was “well what do you want? ” How are we suppose to know what we want if we don’t know what’s available? Especially because only one of us could go downstairs and order due to COVID. We then proceeded to ask him if had certain things and he told us “see it’s not that hard. ” If you don’t have a menu just say so and don’t turn it around on us and make it seem like we are being difficult for asking for basic service.

Everything mentioned is 100% true so don’t even try and discredit me in your reply as I can see you have done with the other 1 star reviews posted here. Your previous replies is just a testament to your character and as a business owner.

Edit: In response to owner/manager you shouldn’t be treating people that way regardless if they are a regular or not.we told you we were leaving and you knew this.you claiming the order was prepared and received by us is astounding to me considering I have multiple witnesses who can testify we left and did not receive any drinks or shisha’s. My pin was set up with the same pin I always use for everything, CLEARLY judging from other people’s recent reviews it’s a reoccurring problem with your other customers that the app is faulty.

Impersonating the iPAY Australia App to try and receive payment on a service you DID NOT PROVIDE to us is FRAUD. You withheld the i-Pay Australia app from allowing me to transfer my balance back into my bank account, my i-Pay Australia app is now suspended with the balance within the app nowhere to be seen. So yes i got my lawyer to talk to you however you dismissed him entirely, ignored his calls and messages. And forgive me if I got heated on the phone call to the owner she had just called me selfish for not making payment on a service that was not provided to us and asked me to speak english when I was speaking perfect English.

Your “refund” was the amount excluding YOUR $20-$30 transaction fees, as mentioned the service was not provided and I shouldn’t be paying for YOUR fees.the I-Pay Australia app canceled my request to transfer my balance back to my bank based on your advice to cancel the request and now the account has been suspended with the balance within the app nowhere to be seen so yes I will see you in court.

Edit: Continue to change your response and I shall continue to add to my review to set facts straight. We visited just after the 3 month lockdown. There was no QR code on the table. Even if you claim that there was a QR code on the table then why wouldn’t you just point it out when we asked for a menu? You guys are full of it.

Went here for our work break up. Fhasai was super helpful and very friendly. Very love to deal with. The manager David was also great.
There was a good range of cocktails. The different areas of the bar are really cool and I love the greenery all around.
Definitely want to go back when the weather is better and enjoy that roof top space more.

We went there looking for a beer last Monday -was super hot- we didn’t expect to be there to long tbut staff was super nice and friendly so we decided to stay longer and finally we left until they closed Very nice atmosphere, drinks and food

I haven’t been here for a long time now and this place has had a face lift inside and it looks really good.

Thankfully the service hasn’t changed, it’s still exceptionally friendly.

I tried a Two Suns beer which was alright actually. It is a Japanese inspired beer made in Australia. And then I had a Mountain Goat beer which was really good.

My partner had a Japanese gin (it’s a Japanese inspired bar) and it was another great afternoon.

This is THE place for people watching hahaha. Enjoy.

I have walked past this place too many times and I've always wanted to stop in here. It's Friday night, and I wanted to grab a drink n dinner.

Once again I was walking past heading elsewhere when I saw a sign saying $5 cricketers arms pints! Mnnn that got me! Hahaha

How cool is this place, in a very Japanese way. The lady who served me was soo sweet and friendly that I had a pint, texted my friend and we had dinner here.

This place is lots of fun, very kitsch and I like the bench at the front to people watch.

But in saying that, they also have a really cool beer garden out the back.

This is fun, and we had burgers here tonight, I had the chicka chicka burger and my friend had the spicy chicken burger w chips. We smashed both, yummmmm and no time for a photo tonight as I was too hungry hahai

This is definitely my new favourite local place. And they have $1 bubbles on Sunday afternoon, see you here hahaha

Why isn't this place packed every night?

The owner is very racist, rude, and showing no respect to lady at all. The worst experience we have ever had!

Edit: I just scrolled down to the reviews below, particularly on those 1 stars. Not surprised to see how the owner responded to those reviews, reminds me how he was serving us on the day. Seriously, the owner doesn’t know how to handle a situation that is not work in their way, instead only with abusing/rude attitude. You are the one need grow up!

One of the nicest rooftop bar especially if you like to have a smoke or two with your drinks. I got to try their shisha next time.

Great Goat Beer, Awesome rooftop bar & friendly staff. $14 jugs of Goat on a Saturday who could go wrong!

The staff is excellent, as is the food! I haven't had a single food dish I didn't love. The cocktails are innovative and delicious. Surely will visit again.

It was cool going to the top but i think the decor needs to be updated a bit as things are a bit worn.pizza was okay, small but alright. I won't rush back but alright when it's quiet.

The place was super cute in a weird kitschy way, I'm defo going back. We couldn't get c drinks upstairs and it was a bit stuffy, but I really enjoyed it

Terrible place. Terrible service. Prices were way too high for the portion received. Would not recommend.

My first visit and the best experience the boss David is such a good guy great customer service some of the best shisha in the city. Must visit will be coming back. ️️️️
