The worst experience i ever had. Place itself is quite ugly inside, absolutely tasteless interior, not clean, dust everywhere but this is nothing comparing to the level of customer service. To say that the owner was rude to us is to say nothing. The behaviour of this person is absolutely antisocial. Such people have to be prohibited from running venues of any kind and from dealing with people at all. I would rather expect such behavior of drug addict. It is simply shocking. Absolutely disgusted and not recommending anyone to enter this terrible place. Not surprised that so many 1 star reviews here.

Been here twice and I love the staff! Great attitudes and service. Prices are a little high if you're expecting cheap drinks, but they do not serve low quality alcohol here! Haku vodka, hibiki whiskey, and many other gorgeous Japanese liquors.
If you enjoy good quality alcohol, this is the bar for you.

Food snacks came out fast, hot and delicious! Great flavour profiles.

There's a pool table, the rooftop is stunning and it was clean venue.

Honourable mention to Jasmine who is such a babe! Just spectacular personality to serve cocktails and didn't let me stand there awkwardly. I was telling her new ways to consume lychee and just a fabulous person to talk to. 10/10 my new local

Expensive with unreasonable prices, went for an event and service at entrance was cold and unreasonable, also food provided didnt live upto the price and expectations for a place strict on procedures failed basics such as providing napkins with finger food or rembering names of who ordered food.

This place is so cool the ambience, staff, vibe, view, & drinks are extraordinary

Never seen a creepy owner obsessed with young women before. The place is filled with drunks like that so wouldn't expect anything less from the owner. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

David the manager was an absolute legend. Great legs. He was really pleasant. My family are visiting soon and I’m going to bring them here because I had such a good time. Really thought it was going to be a bit grim but it was actually amazing

I went here when lockdown finished with my girlfriend. They forgot that we had booked and then seated us on a tiny bench near the pool table. My partner wrote a review calling these guys out and then they wrote a response stating we did not have a booking and that we chose the seat. These guys are liars; do not trust them. Disappointing that an establishment lacks integrity that they can't admit an error. Also, don't trust their dodgy apps where they want you to pay. No doubt they will desperately try to discredit this review as well. Quite sad really.
Edit: They have called my partner multiple times to try and take her review down. This is harrassment, plain and simple.

Loved the ambiance and service. One of the coolest themed bars. You will be bowled by the options they have. Very unique & tasty cocktails are available at this place & they make it with such passion

Best bar with no doubt. The cocktails are always balanced, creative, and beautifully designed for you by a highly skilled and attentive bartender.

The food was top quality, excellent service, the overall atmosphere of this venue was second to none, drinks being full, and friendly and knowledgeable patrons. Manager David was super skilled at keeping the crowds at bay and the staff in good spirits. We had a great time and will return. 10/10 would recommend!

Really Awesome! Had my birthday party there it was amazing the food and shisha's were really good, My friend's did had some problem with the pizza crust but it was all handled professionally and yes the staffs are friendly, a must recommended place to Eat and have fun.

Its a chill place in Victoria Street, kinda different from the bars around the area. The Shisha is amazing, really liked the service and the theme of the bar.
