Purchased a black bay from Jojo during lockdowns. A fantastic experience from getting photos/videos sent to me, sizing queries answered promptly and having the watch delivered safely during lockdown. First A big shutout To Alex from The Hour Glass to have time to get in touch with me about my inquiry. He was so friendly and professional. Then he transfer my query to Yves from Tudor. He took his time and swiftly made an online zoom meeting to show me the Watch. Then he told me the procedure about the online payment and shipping address. I paid the money.within the week I Got my TUDOR BLACK BAY GMT. Love this watch.can't wait to Come and visit the showroom when the Boutique will open for future purchase.

A few months ago I was in the market for the highly desirable Tudor Black Bay GMT and I knew that getting one was going to be a long shot as it is always in such high demand. To increase my chances I placed a call to The Hour Glass and another AD to express my interest in the watch.

The other AD scoffed and told me that it was a long shot. The Hour Glass called me the next week and told me they had one with my name on it! Yay!

The bad news was that we were in lockdown and I couldn’t make it into the CBD as it was further than 5kms so The Hour Glass organised to have the watch delivered to my house and fitted to my size. Perfect!

To me this exemplifies exceptional customer service and commitment to keeping their customers happy in spite of the challenges. Oh yeah the watch looks great, but that goes without saying I mean it’s a Tudor Black Bay!
