Tudor Boutique by The Hour Glass (Virtual Consultations Available)

I stumbled into the wrong Hour Glass store without realising it was a Tudor Boutique. Immediately staff was friendly and Brett provided top notch service for my first in store purchase. A Black Bay 58 Blue was surpassingly available and I jumped the gun on it.

It's been awhile since I had such a great in store shopping experience.

Great experience over the phone and in store at purchase. Was in the store for about an hour. Brett was an knowledgeable enthusiast that made the experience. Very happy with the purchase and the sizing of the bracelet from Brett. Logan did the warranty and sale docs and was also very professional and knowledgeable. Great walk in experience with the Tudor Boutique in Melbourne yesterday. Staff were warm, genuine watch lovers who made the visit an easy, laidback experience. I was well looked after by Brett and the team there. Can’t recommend them enough - will be back soon.

Victoria managed to get me the watch that I wanted. She has demonstrated excellent professionalism and is always happy to have a chat everytime I drop by. The other staff are also nice and friendly. Excellent shop and highly recommended for anyone that is genuinely interested in Tudor.

Let me start with saying this was a spontaneous purchase, wasn’t planned, “and I don’t regret it”.
I was walking down collins street and spotted the Tudor Boutique. Decided to see if they have the watch i had been thinking of, I was greeted by Mr. Logan collings, he was very welcoming and polite, professional. Asked about the heritage black bay, was available, he brought it out of the display and got to try it on, we had a nice chat regrading the watch and watch industry as well, it was nice having a conversation with Logan, decided to purchase the watch. It was a very smooth process. I would highly recommend this boutique, they have a very wide and wonderful collection of tudor time pieces. And ask for Logan, he will give you a nice experience, provide you with information about each time piece and answer any questions you might have.

Went in with my partner who didn't have a huge knowledge of the Tudor range and Yves showed us the various models and explained the history and model variances. We ended being offered a very special timepiece which was for my partner's milestone birthday. Suffice to say, we both enjoyed our warm reception and experience with Yves and his team.

I have been on their Tudor wait-list since the start of the epidemic. Not a single call from them. Meanwhile, Grand Seiko has caught my eye. GS watches are more "attainable" and got myself two Limited Editions - a King Seiko and a GS Minamo. Thank you Tudor, if you have not neglected me I would have not discovered GS.

I visited the store with my partner casually on a Saturday without having any purpose of buying on that day but Silvia was really good with her service. She is very knowledgeable about the watches, very friendly, very patient, very attentive and most importantly make us feel very comfortable when trying on watches. She gave her genuine opinions and recommendations without making us feel like she just want to sell a product to us. The knowledge she shared about the watches clearly showed that she was very enthusiastic with her job. At the end, bought my very first Tudor watch and I love it so much. I was really happy to be served by her, totally recommend her!

I purchased a Tudor black 58 through the Tudor boutique on Collins street.
The whole process was fantastic, as expected it take quite a few months. However, Tudor where always fantastic with me when I called to see how things were coming along.
I first put my expression of interest in before the Tudor boutique was built. I dealt with a guy in the hourglass, he was super friendly and put my name down as an expression of interest on the watch. I then came back a few weeks-months later and I spoke with a lady. (Sorry I’m not good with names) I believe she was originally from Brazil and she was beyond helpful. I then a few months later had a phone call from Victoria at Tudor boutique, we then had an online consult due to covid restrictions, she then called me the next day to let me know the watch had arrived.
Dealing with the Tudor boutique / hourglass was a positive experience. They were honest with me, which is what I appreciated. They said it could take many months (which it did) however, what I like most about them is they didn’t try sway me away from the watch I wanted to make a sale for a watch in stock. Most other watch dealers I spoke with basically said I couldn’t have the watch I wanted unless I’d previously brought with them before. (Which I found quite insulting.) they then would try steer me towards a watch I didn’t want at all. Tudor boutique were strait down the line and said there is high demand and if you’re happy to wait, they will make it happen. I was happy to wait and they made it happen. Thanks Tudor boutique, thanks to everyone who helped me along the way, and thanks To Victoria at Tudor boutique for making the sale with me. Much appreciated.
