46Doctors are really good only the problem is appointment. My appointment is at 3: 10 it’s 4: 00 o’clock and I m still out. No improvement I m coming this place regularly but they don’t even try to improve. Even reception lady look lazy as well. Seriously who ever running this place can you please go and check what people r talking about you.its clearly saying you guys need to improve.
Doctors here are great, however always running at least 30 mins behind schedule even if you make and appointment and the clinic waiting room is close to empty.
Not sure why they schedule each appointment 10 minutes apart when it is clearly evident that they’re always going over the allotted time.
Don’t think I’ve ever come here and actually been seen at my scheduled appointment time.
Visiting there for the past 4 yrs, never had any issues, great service, the GPs are excellent and so is the reception. 5 stars in every aspect. Half hour drive from my home but i still prefer them to others. Thanks
Doctors are good but the biggest problem is time the gave you appointment at 3: 15 and didn't let you in till 3: 56.so why people have to take appointments if we have to wait that long.
Make an appointment for 1: 10. Get to see the doctor at 1: 45. And he gives you off the shelf medication! Sounds good to you!? Give it 5 stars!
Doctors are great! My go to GP, however the new receptionists are utterly rude, they don't know how to talk to customers properly, answer the phone with food in their mouth. Not helpful at all! I called to make an appointment and I ALWAYS get in but for some reason this receptionist didn't communicate said there was no appointments and didn't offer anything else! She was disgustingly rude she shouldnt work there!
