Reception staff are pretty friendly too
I'd say that you are lucky enough if you are getting an appointment without waiting for an hour and if so you should be getting there only before 5 minutes to that, otherwise the receptionist would be giving you an attitude look and bows questions on you as you did a crime.
I reckon that the hospital staffs need to be helping and kind to others. Also it's important to clean up the facility after use and treatment of each client. I couldn't find these in there.
Reception staff are incompetent and illiterate!
Terrible coustomer service.
Always on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes just to make a booking.
If you need anything emailed to yourself or a script to the pharmacy, your better off going into the practice this task seem to be impossible for the reception staff at Tri Star Medical Deer Park!
I've been going to this clinic for almost ten years. I havnt been in the last year or so and today I went and was surprised at the change in service.
The clinic was empty, I had made an appointment see my regular doctor and mid way through our session he advised if I had more than two medical reasons I needed to make another appointment for another day as they will not see me for more than two and stopped servicing my medical needs.
I was shocked and felt as though the doctor was preoccupied from the beginning, not even asking questions really. In the end I felt as though he was pushing me out of the room and felt very unwelcome
It's a shame as I have always appreciated the time and care he has shown in the past and today did not feel this from him. Considering having my medical file moved to another clinic after today as didn't appreciate being told to make another appointment when there was no one in the clinic.
Worst experienced got it from staff. They are careless and irresponsible people.though few doctors are really doctor there.
Had a bad experience today, terrible service from tristar medical. Call today to book an appointment at 11am but ended up waiting in the queue for almost 3 hours and when its was my turn in queue a voicemail said they are close when it was only around 2pm.on their website it clearly said they close at 4pm every Saturday.wasted half of my day.have to improve significantly with their reception service.only the doctors are good there.
More Reception staff should be hired and they need to be adequately trained to answer phone calls from patients. Very Disappointing Tristar!
Tried to make appointment several days and several times but nobody received call ever. So frustrating
I made an appointment for 3: 40 pm to see one of the doctors there for my husband as he was really sick, we waited there about 30 minutes. After that another doctor called us in, my husband said we asked for another doctor I want to see that doctor. That doctor said I have no idea I’ll go and find out. After a while she came back and said somebody else will see you shortly just wait here, I got so annoyed I went and asked the receptionist they told me the doctor we were originally gonna see just went home they didn’t know what they were saying. After 45 minutes we just left there without seeing any doctor!

It's becoming the worst clinic ever, there are no doctors most of the time and the receptionist are not friendly will change from them soon.
Called friday to book for monday morning, come there they dont have relevant gp.rebooked same day for in the afternoon waiting time almost 90 minutes.very dissapointed
Called to make an appointment and was on hold for 50 minutes. Gave up and emailed the reception and received no answer.
The doctors are ok but the new people at the reception are unprofessional, they don't know how to talk to patients. I rang to book an appointment and waited for more than 20 mins. Ridiculous.
Called to book an appointment to see my doctor, been on hold for nearly 1hr and only on position 4 to be able to speak with one the receptionist. This is bloody ridiculous. Don't know how long more to be position 1.10yrs later. If I could I would leave no star.
Great practice and never have i had any issues with the Doctors. Sometimes you might have to wait a bit longer but this doesn't seem to be the case when i book, nothing com-pared to the previous place i had gone to.
1. Most of the receptionists are rude
2. Confirmed my appointment then when I arrived was told the doctor was on annual leave
3. Doctors want you in and out as fast as possible
Doctors are very proffessional, caring and staff too very caring and helpful.
Even if you ask extra questions they help despite affecting their own reputation of being late.
Waiting was issue but they have improved a lot.
Clinic should be quite environment for patients.but in this place they celebrating parties laughing and shouting. Amagin when you feel pain they doing this act in front of you how you feel? Too much noisey place. Rud receptions.
Appointment, made an appointment at 11am and still waiting 1156am. The staff always says their computer down. I don't know when they can fix their computer problems
Extremely unprofessional, I booked an appointment at 4: 00pm waited for more than an hour. After seeing the doctor, the lady at the reception was confused and did not know what next to do.
Request to all, when you book an appointment go there one hour later the time of booking.
