Good surgery with great doctors, professional nursing service also provided. Administration staff are courteous and the wait times are minimal.

Our family has been going to this clinic for over 10 years. Doctor's are so caring and they take the time to talk to you without rushing through your appointment.

I can always book an appointment when I call, Dr Nath is our family Doctor and he is very understanding and helpful, doesn’t rush me to see another patient. Definitely 5 stars.

Not sure of the phone attendant name but I rang to make an appointment and everything was all good up until the end of the phone call where he said “you’re appointment with *my doctor* is at 4: 50pm this afternoon” and I commented and said “okay thanks heaps mate, have a good day” and the operator just hung up without even acknowledging me. That plain outright disrespectful and appalling

Was booked for a telehealth consult, the Dr. Did not called me for my appointment.
I tried to call in next day to book another appointment called a few time around 10 -1130am and the phone was off. I kept getting the message" there is no one to pick up your call " and it would hang up x3 times. Very disappointing and inconveniencing especially when you have to find time around work.

I’ve been a patient for this clinic and always has been the best. Dr Nath is one of the best in the practice

This is a Fantastic medical centre, Dr Nath is the best, very thorough and always goes the extra mile for his patients. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Peiman was the only good thing about this practice. A doctor that actually helps you. Not like the others. (Dr Nath was slandering Dr Peiman to me in an consultation).
Privacy issue, when they send you to the second waiting room outside the doctors rooms, you can hear everything through the walls so everyone can hear your personal issues when talking to the Doc. Very unprofessional. Get rid of that second waiting room.

I have been going here for over a decade mainly to see a particular doctor who is very caring and professional. Unfortunately, the booking system has declined over the years, as bookings appear to be handled by an overseas call centre. Please bring back the booking app. Edit, 22.5.22, it appears that this medical centre has closed, or is in the process of closing due to circumstances outside of the practitioners' control.

The reception are disgusting, they are rude and the waiting time on the phone to make an appointment are horrendously long.

Do not recommend this medical centre at all to anyone, solely based off the terrible reception alone.

Great practice and never have i had any issues with the Doctors. Sometimes you might have to wait a bit longer but this doesn't seem to be the case when i book, nothing compared to the previous place i had gone to.

On a waiting room for 1 hour then found out that they signed me as absent.

Did The X-Ray, results arrived next day. Been a week now and I am still waiting for a doctor call

This is incredible seriously i was on position 6 and after 5 min drop to position 1 and then just wait wait wait till 21 min telling me that i am in position 1.
And in btw i read the reviews and i see is just waste of time to stay on phone.
Why they don't change people who work there do some job this is crazy to be honest.

Doctor Peiman Sayadi was the only reason to go to this clinic as he was great, but now he’s gone there’s absolutely zero reason to go here and deal with these clowns.

If you’re on hold to reception you’ll be happy to know they just leave you on hold even though there’s only one person in the waiting room so they can gossip to each other.

Some of the doctors in this joint are deadset mouth breathers and I was told by one genius after losing a toenail to just put a sock on it and cover it in oil to stop it sticking. I could have guessed a better answer than that.

If you live in the area go anywhere else or maybe take a 2 hour round trip to Narree Warren to see the only doctor who cared about their patients

Dr peiman is an amazing Dr who makes you feel like family. The practise calls you and follows up where they need to and the service is always friendly from all other staff. This place deserves more than its current star rating.
