Tradewind was the first CRT company that I joined as a graduate and it was a fantastic choice! I was part of the North team where Dan and Gerogia supported me from day 1! They checked in on me regularly throughout the term to see how I was doing and were always happy to have a chat with me about anything over the phone. Dan and Georgia tried their best to cater to my work preferences and I was given consistent CRT work often at schools I loved working with! I'm so thankful that I could join such a genuinely caring team and got to work with such understanding and supportive people.

I have been working at Tradewind for more than 6 months and the total work days of mine is extremely rare.

Lacking of communication often occurs when I email to the team manager of the East Team expressing my wish to work at this particular environment but have never a response since May 2020.

During the lock down, I received a text telling they need people working at age care and asked me to have my flu vaccination if I wish to apply. I followed and have my flu vaccine, then wait but there was no text update afterwards.

The shift at schools usually starts at 8: 30am but I received the message texted at 8: 00 or even later. Last night, I received a text suggest that I should get ready for the shift tomorrow if I want to work. Yes thank you, I woke up early, ready to go, but wait until **** 8: 30AM and there was no texting shift available. Thanks Tradewind for your irresponsibility and scamming your clients!

I have been working with Tradewind since April 2016.
They have been very good to me in every way. They gave us continuously P. D.sessions twice a week during lock down. Not only this, they used to give us calls once a week regularly to ask about our well being. Isn't that GREAT.
In January, my MOTHER in India died. She was bed ridden for last 6 months. Due to covid restrictions, I was not able to go and see her. Nor I was able to go after her death to join family members for ceremonies performed after. I just updated them for my unavailability for some time with reason. To my pleasing surprise, the very next morning, I got lovely white flowers delivered at home with message from whole West Team. Just can't express myself, how soothing and calming I felt. Also felt like a big family is over here to give me support when I needed desperately. THANKS IS VERY SMALL WORD FOR YOUR CARING SUPPORT. STILL HEART FELT THANKYOU ALL.

I could not recommend Tradewind more! The team is incredibly responsive, accommodating and genuine. Jacob is a fantastic consultant, always checking in to see how you’re going, the weekly 2 minute calls really do add a personal touch. Even through the lockdowns this year the team was always offering their support. I wouldn’t choose to work for another agency.

I had reservations applying through a recruitment company but should not have been worried. Jordanna, Emily and the team are first rate, responsive and highly professional. The App is also first rate.
