Tradewind have been amazing joined 2 years ago in 2020, they have been great at what they do. Especially working with Lydia, who has been amazing as an consultant and providing that professional support and finding the best opportunities that would suit me and i continue on with them in my journey. I am happy with their work and they are an amazing company to be involved with I highly recommend.

Tradewind is a really helpful and professional organisation. The staff really go out of their way to support teachers and I cannot praise them enough. The app is also really easy to navigate and I've had jobs every day that I needed, with the exception of state lockdowns. They also helped me to get full time employment with wonderful coaching.

A staff member, Daniel, was very helpful in finding work for me. He also helped remind me a few times to send through my applcation. Daniel also helped me to get in contact with his colleague to go through my response for key criteria, which was very informative for updating my response.

Nice people, they tried to help, but after a big hussle, I learnt that school I got accepted to offering 20K less than what I am getting currently.before everything else, make it clear with the agent things which matter!
