They keep bothering me from international numbers asking me if I need a job. I told them to stop contacting me and they won't.

Professional and friendly consultants, doing the best they can to communicate shifts with sms or when you call them.

I don’t like the app design so much, and it doesn’t notify you of the posted shifts like Deputy. I think TW should update their app and notifications option.

Simple registration process, proactive communication, good hourly rate, timely pay. Overall, Great agency to work with!

I was a new immigrant and desperately searching for a teaching job. I contacted 3 agencies, but two of them didn't really seem to care or put in the effort to help me. However, Jake (Tradewind Australia consultant) was the only person who made me feel that he genuinely cared and wanted to assist me to find employment. Over the space of 4 weeks, Jake constantly communicated with me about possible schools/job opportunities but always taking into consideration my needs (preferred teaching subjects, distance of travel, etc). Eventually, Jake was able to help me get an interview (where I am now employed) with a school 5 min from my home, and I'm teaching a subject that I enjoy.

What makes this company different from others, is the care they show their employees. During lockdown, every week I was receiving check in phone calls, offering support if needed and simply to just have a chat about TV shows, movies, books, whatever.
