Rocked up on a thursday arvo wearing some secondhand work shoes I picked up from a street corner garage sale in brunswick for $5. They needed some fresh eyelets to keep the lace holes happy. Top blokes behind the counter treated me and the shoes with the utmost respect, went to the effort of reinforcing the shoes with leather and even colour matching the eyelets. 15 minutes later and a few dollarydoos lighter and they were all fixed up. Probably the best $15 i've ever spent on shoes.
