Needed a surf key for my new VW and these guys went above and beyond when several other locksmiths said they couldn’t help me due to the car being too new and them not having access to the right equipment. Even following up via text to ensure I found what I needed and they cut the key within 15 minutes. Thanks for all your help and time on this I would definitely recommend

Don’t waste your time here, the customer service is terrible and they tried to blame me for my replacement key falling apart within a week. The quality of their replacement car keys are rubbish that won’t last, you’re better off going elsewhere and paying more. The man that served me became really argumentative when i told him the key fell apart when turning it to start the ignition, he said it had been forced apart by me, why would i break my own key?
I didn’t bother getting them to even try and fix it because they were horrible.
I went to Stan wootton locksmiths on malop street and they were so polite and helpful. The man even said it wasn’t my fault and that it is a common issue with flip keys. My key was replaced within 30 minutes and much better quality.

The internal lining of my cycling shoes was worn out in the heels, they did a flawless job of repairing it and saved me the hassle of replacing expensive and comfortable shoes. Highly recommend! Thanks!

I Had a broken zip on my golf bag. Walked in and a man had fixed it within 3 mins. Sent me on my way without taking any payment. I know it only took him a minute or two but no one does anything to just help someone out these days! Especially in business. Very kind. Thanks legend!

Amazing service! We got a car key battery replaced and a shoe fixed, all in 20 mins. When we picked them up, they told us not to worry about paying for the shoe!

Not only do you find friendly and helpful staff here, they also do an amazing job in a relatively short time. Mending shoes, handbags, replacement car keys as well as fixing shoes that other Cobblers had butchered!

Brought shoe in this morning, broken strap. Repaired on same day and fixed, neatly and very reasonably priced. Perfect job!

Went in to get car key remote batteries replaced, and they broke on of the remotes- so now it’s doesn’t stay together, it just falls apart. I took it back in and got told they could fix it for ANOTHER $20. Pretty sure I shouldn’t have to spend another $20 on something that wasn’t physically broken to begin with. As a child you get taught if you break something that’s someone’s else’s, you replace it or fix it. That’s just good manners, clearly these old boys need to go back to school. I would never recommend anyone going here unless you like being ripped off and leaving angry.

I probably should have known better to go to a shoe repair shop to get some key copies, because none of them worked and one got stuck in my door. My copies from another shop worked perfectly.

Had my old knee high Italian leather boots repaired - the zip on one boot was broken and both soles were pretty much destroyed from me loving and wearing them almost every day for 8 years.

I'm so happy with how the repairs have come up! They even tidied up some of my scuffs on the front of my boots. They look shiny and new again.

These guys are absolutely amazing! I’ve been coming here with my parents since I was little and they’ve always been so so helpful! I took in my favourite bag which was a birthday present that had a broken strap. I’d been to a few other places who couldn’t help and suggested other repair places but these guys took a quick look and within 15 minutes had already fixed it with no fuss! Charged me next to nothing too, especially considering the running around I had done beforehand to try and get it fixed! If you need anything fixed, these are your guys! So friendly too!

New car key + remote central locking all done for $199. Very competitive price, and all done on the spot within half an hour. Very impressed with the quality of the replacement (all in one device with flip-out key) and overall customer service standards, especially as they were busy (usually a good sign). Definitely recommend.

Repaired my partner's favourite boots, did an amazing job, only took two days and at such a reasonable price, it was crazy. Absolutely 10/10. Cannot recommend highly enough.
