They have fixed my chanel single maxi quilted caviar leather handbag and 2 pairs of my moschino slides.
I have always tried to send back to original stores for fixing but it's honestly not worth it. These guys do such an amazing job and will continue to use them for years to come. Thank you

Re-soled my Birkenstocks in less than 24 hours. Friendly and efficient service. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

As a first time customer, I took my 5 pairs of various cowboy boots in to have sole repairs. The 2 'men' were terribly rude and condescending from the get-go! The prices they started quoting were also exorbitant! $150 to do leather soles on one pair alone! I decided against giving my business (which would have been a lot and ongoing) to them. I should have checked the other reviews first on there incredible rudeness, it would have saved me an uncomfortable encounter and waste of time. Definitely need to look up the meaning of the word customer service and learn to smile. Horrible experience!

Completely renovated my favourite old Birkenstocks and they are good as new! And put new zips in my old Doc Martens, too. I dropped in them in while we visiting the area (they were recommended to me by a Birkenstock retailer). I left a prepaid Australia Post satchel and they kindly posted my boots and sandals back to me in Melbourne just a few days later.

I needed a new case for my car key since my old original case had a tiny break but as a result, couldn't keep both sides together. They charged $85 (a bit steep for just a case) for a new replica case they had. When I came back to pick it up, I wanted my old case back so I could maybe try to piece it back together when I've got time. But then the bloke with white hair said they had thrown it away because it was rubbish. It may be rubbish but it could have been better if they'd just give it to the owner and let the owner deal with it. He initially insisted that it was gone in the bin and that he would need to look for it in the bin and that he didn't have time to. Very condescending and rude! Had no respect at all! I just needed a new case, I didn't ask for him to throw my old one. Better off taking your business elsewhere where you could have accomodating and respectful staff to assist you.

A little shop that does a lot. I've had shoes repaired, keys cut and watch straps fitted here and never had a bad experience. The staff are polite and knowledgeable and do their stuff to a high standard. Give this place a go if you need what they do.

Have been using these guys for shoe repairs for several years & wouldn’t go anywhere else!
They are absolutely brilliant, will not try to sell you something you don’t need and, if its a quick fix, they often don’t even charge!
Seriously impressed with these very professional blokes. They’ve refurbished many of my favourites that would otherwise have been thrown away!

Took my work boots in as the soles had completely worn out, had them back within a day and are now better than new. Absolutely amazing work

Went there today for advice on fixing soles on dance shoes and found the man extremely condescending and rude. Would not recommend if you want someone helpful. Way to start a morning. Thank you

Knowledgable and competent with good quality work. My only complaint relates to waiting for job to be finished. Was told 20 minutes, returned and told to come back in a few minutes. Of course even when we returned a second time it still wasn't ready, but we were urged to wait because it wouldn't take much long. Unfortunately, I was late to an appointment as a result.

A better customer approach would be to give an accurate assessment of time needed (say 45 minutes) that way I could decide if I had time to wait or whether it best to pick up the next day.

Absolutely fantastic! Took my keys in to get cut elsewhere and had a mountain of dramas. Took the exact same keys into the cobbler shop, they did an amazing job the first time and charged me less. I’ll never go elsewhere again.

Such wonderful service that was cheaper than I expected and ready within hours. My poor heels were destined for the bin. But they were able to replace the heels better than new. I Will be back again. Thank you

Incompetent and rude. I took two pair of old shoes in they wouldn't even consider stitching the soles back on one and replacing soles on the other. Took them to an old guy in Yarraville now they are as good as new

I have been a customer for a number of years, I just wanted to give them a bit of a rap as the service these guys offer is second to none. I took in a pair of boots to be repaired late Friday afternoon and was told they would be ready the next day that is not only amazing service but fantastic and all this is done with a friendly smile.

Fast, friendly and reliable.
Watch band repair $2 cost, elsewhere within same shopping centre $12.95.

Have a 10 year old pair of R M Williams leather boots that needed to be re-soled. Husband took them in Sat, ready for pick up by Wednesday. Hubby also had stitching on one of his work boots that was fixed on the spot in the shop at no charge
