Poor customer service for spear parts and special orders. Almost 5 months and still haven’t received all the spare parts I already paid.
Very bad service.
I bought a combo bosch blue which includes wrench driver, hammer drill, 2x 6ah battery and charger.
I bought on 17 Oct 2017. I opened last night which is 13 Nov 2017.2 battery and charger were missing.
I went to store to tell staff about the problem. They did not care much, they said they don’t know that if I opened it before, took the battery and charger?
Such a very bad staff behaviour.
I contact Bosch and the way they solve problem is much much better.
Never come back again.
Should be 'complete tools' instead. Poor customer service - my daughter was told off for touching the merchandise then the assistant proceeded to talk me out of a product by constantly trying to upsell me. This was after searching around for a shop assistant for a while, because they were all too busy talking about their weekend to each other. No wonder Bunnings is killing guys like this, bad service full of staff who couldn't care less.
Very bad service ppl there. I bought my laser two month ago and I need to send it for repair. The guy said it's my own responsibility to fix the laser and it's not covered in warranty. Be careful when you wanna buy stuff from them. Always 'check' the things you buy there before paying for them!
