Excellent experience delivered by Michael from Total Tools Mulgrave. They sent me an order but it was missing a charger. He promptly got onto it and got me a new one on it way all sorted within a couple of hours.

My son and son in law both are chippies and shop there too, so I don't know why they get bad reviews from some people as the service is great.

My husband bought a cordless chainsaw from this firm. Unfortunately one of the batteries was faulty, but the staff (Bill and Joe) were fantastic in their efforts to correct the problem. They matched the low price from another firm and went to great length to ensure my husband was happy with his purchase.

Have waited 2 weeks for delivery of air compressor connectors. No explanation from Total Tools for delay. Still not delivered. It's a common part and not hard to come by. A more recent purchase and Total Tools say they cannot obtain some of the things I ordered. Why sell them, if you can't get them?

Do not buy online from Total Tools. Sydney Tools has better service and Get Tools Direct is cheaper.

Had the annoying job of trying to find what tap size we needed to clean an existing hole, the staff member that helped us find the bit that we needed was super helpful. Great service

I asked for drill for my benchdrill i asked 2 staff the don't know what it is even do the sell benchdrill

More than just Bunnings. These guys have premium product albeit at a premium price. Get in whole they have promos and you'll pick up a bargain!

I got a green laser that needed to be repaired. I brought it to the store on 17th June, they told me they will get a quote for me on 19th June. But I haven’t heard from them for more than a week. I called them back and they said it takes around 2 weeks to get the quote and ask me to wait. And then I called them again today because no one contacted me. They said it takes three week to reply.

They keep delay the work, there is something wrong with the customer service team and also the repair team. And no one contact me to told me things have been delayed.

Really bad experience.

Year the boys there are really helpful, if I ever need a tool, I always pop in and chat to them. If I'm in need of a tool to bang screw or blow there the ones I go to, to discuss total tools. These guys bend over backwards to assist me. Once again thank-you for being total tools.

Great service from the team at mt waverley, everyone I have spoken to has been really friendly and helpful. I've bought a few tools there recently and they always look after me, special thanks to Bill who managed to track down and order in a special nail gun i could not find anywhere else.

The people not helpful and can’t do the price match with Bunnings which is exactly same thing. So why I should pay more money for same product. Funny

I visit this Mt Waverley Total tools many times because near to my workplace, sorry to say horrible customer service.
They don't know their stock, own brand price, availability.

Just bought my first set of hand tools from here, a bloke greeted me at the door and talked me through the best tools for my budget.gave me a 10% discount as well. Very helpful - NO rip offs here!:)

Customer service was so bad. I bought some tools for trying, only one of them was not fit. And just 20mins from my bought time, they didn’t not get refund for me. They say it has scratch on it. What a joke store.

Competitive pricing on their wide range of products.
The service on the other hand could be improved.
Ordered some spare parts once but I was never informed it was ready for pick up.
When I came to see them, found my item sitting at the counter.

Have been there a couple of times and the boys are very helpful. I was buying my father a trolley for his truck as a gift and I explained what I needed and they searched up the one I needed as it wasn’t in stock at the time and they ordered one in for me. Perfect customer service. All smiles and super friendly. Boyfriends been in a few times too and they helped him out with what he was looking as they had so much knowledge on all tools. Thanks guys. Will be back if I need anything else =)

Very very POOR customer service for spear parts and special orders. I ordered the spare parts nearly three weeks, and they don’t know the parts has been delivered or not. After I come the shop, they said will find out what happened, but at last just give me the refund!
I even don’t know they ordered or not!
Just waste time at there! Never ever come again!
