Top Care Medical Centre

I'm always greeted with amazing and caring service at Top Care. It's very hard to find a good GP like Dr Rong. She is always thorough and provides exceptional care. I would highly recommend TopCare to all my family and friends.

They didn't tell me they had no stock when i booking Hepatitis B. After I arrived the doctor told me to buy vaccines by myself. And the doctor didn't know that hepatitis B vaccines are free for refugees and other humanitarian entrants of any age under the National Immunisation Program. I had to take time to claim in Medicare. The doctor searched the rule for that but she didn't find, I took 1 minute easy to find out the rules. Really bad experience. I didn't remember the doctors name.

I went to this clinic last Sunday. The receptionist lady was really friendly and helpful. She made many phone call to help us get all the record from our old clinic. She didn’t have to but she really tried her best. I couldn’t thank her enough.

Every time with good service at topcare, DR Rong, Dr Dong and Dr Chen (bin) are very very helpful.really can't imagine that Chinese negative review, bring your kid to emergency is better than writing an essay here, you should know there is a department called emergency in Australia hospital.stupid complain.

Overall great experience but Dr Judy Chen is so rude so never ever see her. She is rude and mean to patients for no reason. Every other doctor here is warm and friendly, whatever you do don't see Dr Judy Chen

Not very impressed with Dr. Rong's service. After 40 mins wait, she didn't bother to spend the time to diagnose my issue. Kicked me out of the room within 3 minutes and asked me to have a blood test later. But when I walked out of the clinic, I realized she didn't do any paperwork for the blood test and I need to make another appointment for it. What a waste of time!

My three year old son fell off from couch, he smashed the window next to the couch and cut his back with glass. My wife and I took him to this clinic because it's close to where we live. The front desk staff turned us down by saying 'we are all booked out so we can't help you at all'. We asked for at least some urgent treatment because my son was still bleeding so we can moving to other clinics. She refused us again 'we can't do anything because doctors are busy and we don't have any nurses onsite, besides that, your son is not bleeding that badly. '

I understand medical clinics are busy sometimes, but it was 4: 30pm on a Thursday afternoon. The way they treated desperate parents with their kid or a potential patient in this occasion make me wonder how much they will care about a suffering patient? I will never come back again and I'll tell everyone I know about my experience in this clinic.

Wonderful staff and doctors/physiotherapist at this clinic. Dr Linda gave great advice and attended to all my medical needs. Felix is also my go-to physio and i was also able to get a quick and easy blood test at the clinic. Great clinic for all my medical needs!

Cannot praise Dr Linda Rong enough. She was very helpful, professional, thorough, friendly and above all, very knowledgeable.   She answered all my questions thoroughly, efficiently with patience, and never rushed me.

The receptionists were kind and friendly too. The overall cleanness of the clinic was well maintained. I highly recommend this place and Dr Rong!

Great Clinic, very clean and tidy! Dr. Linda Rong is never wrong, very thorough and provides great advice for the best long term health. Who would have thought a young fit man like myself would require medical attention? Would not see any other Doctor! There is even a Pathologist on-site to draw your bloods - to get to the bottom of your medical issue ASAP. That's 2 appointments done in 1! Perfect for the busy man or woman. If only there was a Physiotherapist there as well to take care of me kneeees!

Dr. Rong and her team members are very knowledge and friendly. I have also been doing physio with Felix and he is the best I have used. They are very flexible and accommodating with appointment time as well. Great Clinic and very nice feeling all round.

I'm seeing another GP because I'm not happy with their teatment. The examination isn't thorough and Idon't recommend this practice at all.

This family clinic is like a hidden gem! Very neat and organised inside. Dr Linda is wonderful, she is very knowledgeable, experienced, accurate and direct! Which I believe are all important factors when it comes to seeing the doctors. Highly recommend this clinic to others!
