Staff here are friendly and helpful. It's easy to book an appointment. I wouldn't say all the doctors are knowledgeable but it may not be fair to expect GPs to know everything. I've seen a couple of doctors there and they are all helpful. I have had telehealth appointment with Dr Dong and she refused to write a referral, but she gave a reasonable explanation so I didn't have a problem with that. Don't expect consultations to be long so go in with all your important questions ready.

The Top Care medical centre is well situated and easy to access with plenty of car parking. I have always received professional service from the time I approach the reception desk. The waiting area is well set out with lots of medical information posted on the notice board. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming and the medical staff are very professional in their treatment and patient care.

Avoid this place, so unprofessional, limited English speaking skills!
I’ve booked an appointment with a GP as I had a section of my citizenship application can be filled by my GP, I’ve explained over the phone and was told that I can come in, 2 days later, the GP refused to do the service! Bad attitude and unprofessional customer service skills.

Attended this clinic for the first time for our booster shot. A modern and clean clinic. A very friendly, efficient and informative nurse.

I have arranged for 3 appointments for the COVID-19 Vaccinations and Booster Jab and each time they met my appointment time and the staff were excellent, especially the nurse in explaining the process each time, very well done.

In the past twenty odd years, I probably only had a handful of visits to the doctors, but my recent experience to Topcare Medical Centre In Wantirna South was such a positive one that I would like to share it here. I had some chest pain recently so my wife insisted that I see a doctor. Dr. Chen of Topcare Medical slotted me into her already very tight schedule. I have to say that she is a highly competent, professional, and all rounded doctor. Though she has been working under time pressure, she is patient, calm, thorough and reassuring during the entire consultation which makes me feel at ease. Moving forward, I believe I’ve found a doctor whom I can see with confidence and trust if I need to. Hence, I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a competent doctor.

I been here a lot of time. But I would never come back again. They do not care your health concern be sorted or not. They just rush to kick you out if you stay more than 10 minutes with the doctor.

Dr Dong is very unprofessional. She denied the previous doc's diagnosis and said no they cant give any script during Teleheath (she said I need go in person again to get a script) When the receptionist here said definately they can give patient a QR code for script. Unprofessional seems just want more $$. Its simply a repeat of same script as I havent gotten better 100% and the previous Doc told me can get another script if not recover 100%. Conflict info waste of time unprofessional service. (how can you deny the other doc diagnosis unbelievable).

Dr Cai is a no no. She sent my auntie to those non bulk billing places to do questionable checks. Prescribed very expensive medication. I would say good luck to those elder Chinese people coming in here. Not recommended at all.

My parents and I saw Dr Bin Chen today. Very impressive and pleasant experience with her. She is very knowledgeable and kind, and explained things thoroughly and patiently for us. We really appreciate her help. Also thanks to the nice receptionist.will high recommend here to friends.

Dr Bin Chen is an amazing family physician. She's patient and sincere, with a personable disposition at all times. One thing I find unique is her meticulous and patient-centred style of diagnosis – often asking very intelligent follow-up questions, in an unhurried and utterly professional manner. Bob, who takes care of pathology, is also very friendly and professional. The front desk staff are very efficient and polite. I've been visiting this clinic for a couple of years, and so glad that I found it. Had a couple of disappointing visits to other establishments.

Dr Judy Chen, Sha Liao and Dongxiu Dong are very unprofessional doctors. Wondering how come they can be doctors in Australia. They need to go back to uni to learn basic professional manners and how to treat ppl properly. Dr. Bin Chen is the only doctor whom my family trust in TopCare Medical clinic. If the quality of customer service doesnt been improved. There is high chance of possibility that the loyalty and kindness patients will not come back. Pls do some reflective practices and customer survey then u can hear the truth.

The clinic is rude and full of lies. The reception told me that they would not see me because they can't get enough money from seeing someone who just had a bit of cold. They would rather see someone who would bring more financial benefits to them.

We saw Dr. Linda Rong at the beginning of this month, she was so rude and impatient. When we said please write the referral letter to private ob, she started shouting at us“ it is even not sure if you can carry this baby, ob will not see you because you are not a potential customer that he can earn money from you! " When I asked the result of my blood test, she said "go home and read carefully by yourself! " We will never go to this terrible place.

I would highly recommend Top care medical centre. I have been seeing Dr. Linda from past 2 years. I feel myself lucky to have such an amazing doctor. She is friendly and have always given me best health advice. Also she have never put me on medication immediately. Would suggest different / natural ways of doing certain things; which I think is great:)

Dr. Linda Rong has been my family doctor for quite some time as I trust her expertise and skill. Last Sunday, my neighbour mentioned to me in our conversation during our weekly Sunday morning walk that she desperately needed to get her flu vaccination done as he was heading off to Europe shortly for a six-week holiday. Unfortunately a number of chemists and GPs did not have the flu vaccines any more. Naturally, I gave her Dr. Rong's clinic details for her to try. She did. This is the message she sent me afterwards. I thought it would be very nice to share this here. ". I met with Dr. Linda Rong. She was terrific. So generous and skilled. Did not even feel the needle. I intend to go with her in future moving forward. Thank you for your recommendation. "

Today saw Dr. Judy Chen in Top care medical. She was not so friendly to patient, she didn't greet to patient, no smile at all. My son felt scared to see her, even me I also felt scared. At the end, she complaint to me my son's date of birth was wrong! I had no chance to say a word and she opened the door and talked to the receptionest in Chinese. Obviously she didn't say goodbye to us at the end. In overall, not a pleasant experience at all.
