I was introduced by a Chinese friend because of the convenient language, but I was very disappointed. Let me tell you about my experience: The first time Dr. Lin treated my son who was under three years old, he almost yelled at me, just because he touched his mouse with his hand. I was yelled at and the doctor was very rude! As a pregnant mother, I did a blood test and a urine test for the first time. Because of Dr. Lin's bad attitude, I made an appointment with their Dr. Yang for the second time to see the first report. He told me that I needed to do a second blood test because I had a second blood test. There was no fasting test and no glucose tolerance test the first time and they told me that there was no urine test report. The sample provided for the urine test must have been lost. Why didn't they tell me to draw blood on an empty stomach the first time? ! Or wait until I have an empty stomach before taking blood? ! He told me that the first blood test showed signs of hyperthyroidism and that I needed to be transferred to a specialist and undergo a B-ultrasound examination for the first time. After the examination, I made an appointment with Dr. Yang to read the report for the second time and told me that there was still one missing item in the blood test that did not fit me. Blood type report, oh my god ️Isn’t it the first time to determine a pregnant woman’s blood type? What can be done with one blood test, I was drawn three times, and three more tubes of blood were drawn. Every time I did a blood test and urine test, I had to take two babies under three years old who were more than four months pregnant to the blood test station, and this All because of their negligence and unprofessionalism, and then told me that I could not be transferred to a public hospital to give birth because I did not have a Medicare card, but the real policy was that I could be transferred to a public hospital as a patient of a private obstetrician. The policy was not communicated correctly. I was in After three times, I kept waiting for their call to make an appointment with the public hospital until three weeks later when they told me to make an appointment with a doctor for a review of hyperthyroidism. However, during this period, they did not give me any treatment for hyperthyroidism or referred me to a specialist for a review? ! They also asked me to meet with the doctor and spend 70 Australian dollars to make a new appointment with a private hospital. I stopped going again. They seemed to only think about making money and did not care about the patient at all. Later, I made an appointment with the obstetrician myself and they helped me make an appointment with the hospital. The result was Referred to my obstetrician, he had absolutely no information about me having a problem with hyperthyroidism! ! Did my hyperthyroidism disappear like this? ! Do you know why the rating is 4.4? It reflects their level and professional attitude. I seriously do not recommend it. Many hospitals provide translation services for free. Don’t go to them just because you are new to the hospital and don’t have much confidence in the language. Stay away from irresponsible and unprofessional doctors and clinics! And again, my serious dissatisfaction is that Dr. Lin yelled at my child!

My first time to visit this practice and see Dr Jin Yang, she is great, listened to me and then explained patiently. Weekend is busy, better go in week days if you can, thanks Top Care Wantirna South.

Do not recommend. Rude doctors that can’t show any compassion. Went here after having a Laparoscopy, had a painful recovery and had to get stitches out after a week. Nurse only replaced 1/4 of my waterproof bandages and didn’t do it properly, and when I asked for some more bandages for after showering she rudely said I had to buy some from the chemist.
On top of that they said I had to pay a $10 fee for a bandage change. What a joke.

The best clinic I've ever visited! A good location with plenty of parking, as well as a clean and pleasant environment. The doctors there are all professional and helpful, especially Dr. Bin Chen; despite the fact that there is usually a bit of a wait, our family members still want to see Dr. Bin. Other staff members are also pleasant; in particular, I would like to highlight the male receptionist (I'm not sure if his name is Michael), who provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to ensure that his patients have everything they require and more. He is always polite and patient, and explains the process thoroughly, and he is such a responsible person that he always remembers to call in order to get back to his patients. Highly recommended!

I have been seen Dr Bin Chen for a few times and she has been very patient and knowledgeable and strongly recommended.

Dr. Song has a very bad attitude. I came over to ask for some help. She appeared very reluctant and would not come again. It was really a bad energy. I gave this one-star evaluation to Dr. Song.

This is the best clinic I have been to in Melbourne so far. Every doctor and nurse is very responsible. They will patiently check for you, unlike doctors in some clinics who want to complete it as soon as possible.

I've been waiting 2 hours for my online appointment.i called up and they tried to say I gave them the wrong number, but it's impossible as I got a verification code.when calling up the receptionist was rude. And when the doctor finally called the doc was very rude, all she wanted to give me was a certificate. No actual help. Then no good by etc just hung up in mid conversation. Normally they are good. But because they made a mistake and never called me. They was defensive and very rude

Avoid Dr Sha Liao - unempathetic and shaming towards patients. She creates a horrible experience leaving patients in tears. No form of empathy
and her style of communication is very much lecturing. Honestly, a monkey could do a better job.

I called them try to make a booking. And I have been told over the phone by this lady I need to book online. I said I have called, can you please book me in over the phone, she refused and put me on hold. Very rude.there are plenty GP in Mitcham, if you don’t care about your patient they will go to the other better one.

Staff are courteous and efficient. Had the booster shot earlier than the appointment time. The duty nurse was excellent in explaining the process. Generally, a very good experience as a first timer to the Centre.
