44Not a good experience. Merchandising is very poor. Not enough staff and selections. Find some good glassware for home decoration
Big store, products don't suit everyone. Not many large size clothing on offer. Some items are expensive.
You guys are okay, have some good stuff here and there at good prices. I feel like the store could be a lot more inviting though, not so dull and ugly (Boring walls, boring design). Also maybe hire more staff who can constantly tidy your huge clothing section. Every time I visit it's insanely messy and then I just can't be bothered looking.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff and the manager. They've just lost a customer as today was my first time shopping there and not being able to because of some absurd appearent reason that is beyond petty. After half n hour of shopping there, ive got assualted by the manager or staff for defending my little brother as i heard one of the staffs picking on him for some petty reason. As i am about to purchase my clothes one of the staffs comes upto me and violently snatches the basket off me as my important belonging were at the bottom i went to grab it back n she was still refusing to let go telling me to get out of her store. Im glad ive left n havent baught anything because they surely dont deserve my money.
