Wasn't the best lately as it used to be much better.gorgeous designer clothes & unusual house hold items.unfortunately not anymore, so disappointing

The TK Maxx's in Europe are much much better. Here they are always messy and never carry discounted designer brands

It used to be one stop shop.it's still pretty good though it should have quicker clothing turnover.but I still love that shop.
Broadmeadows Staff is mostly smiling and happy to assist customer.

Great store, friendly helpful staff, cant say ive ever experienced any problems here. Vast array of homewares, clothes, storage needs, and all sorts of odds and ends. I like to frequent here!)

Enormous store with a huge range of products at very reasonable prices.

Lots of bargains to take advantage of. Especially great for gifts. Many discounted branded items.

Unfortunately when it comes to the clothes there’s very little order and one has to search through countless rails when trying to find a particular size.

Like any other store in Broadmeados, TK max is very shabby. No staff to help, customers are just helping themselves to things in the store. Should at least get better security.

Though Some women have 2-3 children Who run around and take things off shelves.run in front if customers. Scream. And the mother's totally ignore them. Hey mother's. How about you keep your kids under control. Or leave them with a sitter. It's so frustrating.

Love this shop. Great customer service and always walk out with a purchase of some sort. No issue with returns either!

Always like wandering through this place as there always seems to be a bargain hiding there somewhere.

Sadly, I didn't enjoy my visit to this store as much as previous visits. Stock everywhere, and essentially just messy.

Depends on what you want to buy. Clothes are pretty limited however the price is fair. The best section is the furniture one.

Good bargains to be had. Deleted lines of top name brands often available. Check carefully as sometimes seconds included as well - usually clearly marked. Very courteous at checkout. Well laid out. Only neg would be very slow to clear up the mess made by customers so items are not always in the one area. Worth a visit.

Tks Maxx used to be much cheaper in prices.
Furiture are too expensive and in the wrong store to sale. Customs service 2 days ago was a poorly. Two staff working and serving 1or 3 small item. Took far too long with a line of customers waiting patiently and some were frustrated.

Great place to stop. Great high end brands from the USA at super cheap prices.
Men's, Women's and Children's clothing, cosmetics, luggage, cookware, and lots more. We bought some Pierre Cardin clothing at under half price.

I can always seem to find exactly what I want, at a good price, and within 5 minutes. The storenis neat, clean abd tidy. There always seems to be a different stock instore each time I look.
It's neatly arranged by garment size, not by brand, colour, etc. It's intuitive and simple.

I like the store, you have some great finds, everything from handbags, luggage, small shoe selection, lots of homeware, small selection of kids toys, men's, ladieswear and kids clothes. Some of their stuff is really nice, always seasonal. The downfall for this store is staffing, not very helpful, they don't make a huge effort to tidy the store and the ear pieces they use to communicate with each other is a tad off putting. But again, a good random one stop shop.

Im kind of getting disappointed with Tkmaxx.loosing the quality.and same cloths for the past 3,4 months.

Great new bags in new shades. Couldn't find a short sleeve top.mainly sleeveless and very casual. Would have liked to see clothes of higher quality.

Absolutely disgusting. The manager treats employees extreamly badly, I have witnessed this on many occasions. Not only that, but when I tried to stick up for the workers I got told to “shut up” & “bye”. Customer service is zero, store organisation is zero. TK maxx just lost a loyal customer. Thanks.

The store is a bit messy in terms of organisation, everything is everywhere in the clothing section.

The upside is that the discount rack does have some good stuff, sometimes. You do have to look deep and hard for it though. The fitting room is messy and unorganised though.

The staff were okay in my experience.

Overall, I would come back only if I was in the area for a quick browse.
