TK Maxx Broadmeadows

Ok but range is not great. Small box of 'Belgian' chocolates, Christmas wrapped were $10 last year. This year, same box is $13. Why a 30% increase TK Maxx?

Worse customer service I’ve ever received by a cashier…named Sema and Teamed up by Naja.
Sema literally removed a legit discount tag and told me that it’s not on discount. I just told her, you should refer to your supervisor because this should be honored because the tag shows different price. However I just let it go and proceeded for payment. I was calm throughout and only pointed out my view.
When the final payment came, I just requested for print out of my purchase because the total was not looking right. She printed and true enough the amount of $89.90 was not removed from the item I refused to buy because the price was wrong. I just told her…that you haven’t removed the amount. She kept getting loud in me. Now more interesting, the next cashier getting involved shouting at me rudely which she have no idea and nothing to do with her. I decided to report this to the manager and asked her name politely and she refused.
Seriously we do come to Tk for bargains…if something is attractive we will pick it up. And we should be honored if the price is stock there isn’t it.
Extremely disappointed with the way we were treated infront of so many client.
Management should really look at their recruiting criteria

Love that you never know what you will find. Great variety and prices. Great place to find a gift that's a little different.

Best store out of all TK maxxes I have been to so far. Very tidy and always have stuff in stock and found to be more available stuff compared to other stores.

Huge store great brands of clothing at really good prices. Not a huge selection of ladies underwear but what there was, was good

Everything for home, beauty, fashion is so great at TKMAXX BROADMEADOWS. I really like the lady cashier Namir I think she’s so keen in appreciating stuff I buy from the place. So happy they have all the hampton style french provincial home decor. Christmas themes found here at broadmeadows. Nice and neat

This is me being generous by giving this store 2 stars! Went to buy a full sleeve active top, they only had one piece left which was defective and the white bird at the counter wasn’t even taking me seriously; she was busy having a laugh with her coworker. I asked them for a discount and she asked her coworker who said 15-20% and she was like you can have 10% i went out the store without the shirt. Cane back 5mins later and she agreed to 20% but guess what they already wrote it off and couldn’t sell it to me. This store is complete trash!

A decent turnover of products

I rarely find a staff member to help me when i have a question, a little dirty, and pricing of items is all over the place.

Home items are too pricey. $40 for a clock? $200 for a wall picture? Yet, shirts can sell for $10 on clearance. But bedding, over $100?

It's ok good range of cloths but not the best prices. I've seen better prices at other stores.

Big store as compared to the store in Craigieburn. Lots of good quality branded clothes for men at reasonable prices.

The products are absolutely horrible. Every single product I purchased has been faulty in some way. I was brushing my hair this morning and my hairbrush snapped. Not to mention REALLY EXPENSIVE! Good job tkmaxx, for being the worst brand ever.

Been there a few times and just cannot seem to get served within 45 mins. The staff are virtually running in slow-mo. Then when you finally get your items home you find majority still have security tags still attached. Tried to contact head office about the constant issues with the broadmeadows store with no reply or callback.
It's a shame because the store has some great specials pity you can't take advantage of it unless you have atleast 2 hours to waste.

Nothing Maxx about it - this store seems depleted, 1/2 empty and un-comparable to the stores in Sydney - I felt sad after the visit

I like this store because you can find brands that are less prices from the original store. I like The quality of the clothes. All items are amazing. I bought some toys also, my kids enjoyed playing with it. It's really the best shop you need. I advise you to visit this beautiful shape and enjoy

Grat store if you looking for something a little different. I always get great presents from here.

They are doing like the American famous store Tjmax but its smaller than the American one and the price is not cheap like the American store and less amount of brands in it but for a shopping experience in Melbourne its very good and you can find some good deals

Excellent products at very reasonable prices, also let us not forget the great customer service people. Staff at Tk work extremely hard in facilitating customer needs, therefore customers please don't forget to respect the service you are provided. Thank you TK

The customer service is a nightmare! Horrible to say the least. Every time I go there, I’m disappointed. I wonder if TK Max has a knack for hiring rude and unpleasant people.

Store is looking amazing and clean, lovely dedicated staff, friendly and welcoming, always enjoy my experience shopping here.
