Titanic Theatre Restaurant

I had a horrible experience at this place when I sent my parents a month ago to celebrate my Dad's 60th birthday celebration. We are vegetarians and hence I had made all the appropriate vegetarian food selection while I made the booking. On the day, they misplaced my parents booking and they had to wait for a long time. They were then somehow adjusted on a random table, while everyone else had their names in their tables but my parents did not. They simply said it was a confusion and adjusted them somehow. By this time they had finished serving the starters and my parents weren't given that. They did not even serve the mains that was on the menu. They did ask them if they wanted something else but why would they not serve what was on the menu in the first place. I have been following up with them for a month now none seems to answer. Upon calling they said there is only guy looking after the bookings and his mother passed away so nothing much can be done. Can't believe Noone can answer in his absence. Horrible experience never to go here after paying such a high price.

Had a real good night. The staff were real nice and played their parts nicely.

I was quite blown away with how they handled our dietry requirments. They went out of their way and beyond by contacting me and making sure everything would be ok for me. I was also asked if id like a cupcake to mark my special occassion for the night. They accomodated my paleo lifestyle and organised myself and my partner a raw carrot slice for our celebrations.

Had an amazing fun night with amazing food. The entrees and main course was absolutely delicious. The desserts were okay. Overall it was a fun evening.

Very unique dining experience! A worthwhile visit with a group of friends. Not really what I was expecting as all I knew was that it was Titanic themed and had a theater element. Was much more comedic and enjoyable than I expected. Food was pretty good (set three course menu), not sure on drink prices as we had a tab and split it.

A wonderful night for the whole family. The staff were extraordinarily attentive and engaging and they gave our ten year old the night of her life. The food and entertainment were great, a total pleasure from the welcome at the door to the fond farewell. There was nothing to fault, I couldn't recommend it highly enough, and I'd give it ten stars.

This place was amazing! Went for my sister in laws hens night and we all had a blast! Entertaiment was great, food was great and it was great seeing all the staff happy and chatty to the customers. 100% perfect service. It was easy from the get go. I will be coming back. Highly recommend! Enjoy and have a laugh with good company and good food and service! Thank you for having us! We had a blast!

Saturday night hens night was fantastic, staff are fantastic, food was amazing, we all had a awesome time. Highly recommended well done everyone.

This is such a fun experience and the food is also exceptional. A highlight of the night was the arancini. Everyone should go here at least once.

I love the Titanic restaurant! Apart from the Titanic themed food, the staff are fantastic. Apart from the Actors the wait staff are all in costume and behave in character as well. Many of the guests dress in period costume as well which adds to the atmosphere. The show is a lot of fun and all the technological wizardry with lighting, sound, smoke machines, Titanic and ship themed decor, (inside and out) artwork and furniture, even in the toilets makes the place fun to explore. There are 2 floors here. Upstairs is "first class" and downstairs is "steerage". The decor and rooms are very different as well as the food. We were in steerage downstairs and my son really enjoyed the show, especially when the ship crashed into the iceberg and smoke and water started coming up through the floor. The waiters, and actors are amazing and we really enjoyed the show. David the Captain is really welcoming and does everything he can to make your "trip" enjoyable. Next time we are going to the first class section as the show, food etc are all different. Beware of parking though as parking is paid for on one street frontage until 10: 00pm, and free on the other street frontage. There is only street parking available, plenty of it.

Wonderful performance from el Capitan and the whole crew, with drinks galore for everyone. Check this place out when you can!

Had a great time it was a great night out, the show and staff were Fantastic highly recommend the Titanic as a night out for all your family and friends.

Looking forward in going back, especially as the 100 year anniversary is approaching. It's great how the history and story of the unsinkable ship and its voyage is keep alive and people who dress up going back in Time to the year 1812.

Very extravagant shows, but the food was questionable. Steak was chewy and the dessert was cream with berries. Needs to be brought up a few hundred levels.

Quirky, Funny, and just plain good fun. The staff are attentive and delightful. Dressing up is encouraged.

I've walked past a number of times and always wanted to go inside and now i have.

The Food was pretty good, the steak was WELL done, and my dietary requirements were kindly looked after in an easy non fuss manner.

Fun themed cocktails and friendly drink prices made it a great night out, and the cake parade made everything feel like a movie.

Me & my partner celebrated our one year anniversary at the restaurant, we were greeted by the friendly waiter and had our pictures taken than we had a few drinks at the bar than we went upstairs (First class dinning).

It was a three course meal, you will be served with chicken or steak for the main course and in between meals you'll have performances to keep you entertained and in the end they also do a celebration part where they deliver cup cakes, sing and did telegram where they read out to the crowd what you have written to you love ones and all celebrate the special occasions with you.

It was amazing and would definitely recommend to friends and families and will be coming back for sure!

Was fantastic, the staff were very friendly. The show was perfectly done, lots of laughs and a great meal were had that night, will be going there again.

Was my first official date with my girlfriend and we both really enjoyed it.

We had our Christmas dinner here. It was wonderful. The food was very good. The service was fantastic. The performance was excellent! Bravo and hats off to the captain in the show, we were laughing so much we had tears in our eyes. The whole experience was just amazing. Highly recommend this place for a fun night out.
