Worst experience EVER! Book 6 weeks in advance to turn up and it he closed. No one answering the phones no way of a refund. GO ELSEWHERE

Please pay wages and super owing to at least eight of your staff. Happy to take this review down once this has been made right! Please negotiate with the union in order to reach an agreement for all.

An amazing experience! I would recommend to everyone for any occasion or even if you just want to have an awesome time! All staff members were so welcoming and professional, Captain himself was hilarious! Have to say the food was amazing, and experience worth every penny spent!

One of the best nights out I’ve had in and around Melbourne! Myself and my 6-year-old daughter had a whale of a time, and every single person at Titanic made my daughter feel very special. This is a memory that neither I nor her will forget for a long time. The whole experience is so incredibly well-planned and executed down to the plummy English accents that everyone uses there. The food was genuinely excellent and the show was a real hoot. I must say that the actors are all incredibly talented and gifted entertainers and bring real enthusiasm and charm to their roles. Book your tickets now! You won’t be disappointed.

We had an absolutely FANTASTIC night on 10 July 2021 for my wife's birthday! The show was amazing - everyone had a laugh and enjoyed themselves. Despite the food being alternate drop, the food was delicious and all dietaries we're catered to perfectly. A special thanks to the owners who made my wife's birthday extra special. Highly recommend!

The dinner theatre was very entertaining, the staff/ actors were great. Big surprise on the food front as it was fantastic.

We had a great time yesterday. The show was great. The captain is so funny. I like all the actors and the song my heart will go on, which is a real sing live, not a fake sing.
Food is good. I would high recommend this place.

Made a reservations for 2 for our anniversary as part of a Melbourne getaway, received an email a week before saying our reservation wouldn't be held unless the we paid before the dinner, Melbourne went into lockdown so our getaway was cancelled and this restaurant was the only place we had booked that refused a refund even though we were manipulated into paying beforehand by saying our reservation would be cancelled. Ended up attending 2 weeks later, making the long drive there and back again after the dinner, solely for this place and it definitely wasn't worth it. The show had nothing really to do with the Titanic, the actors were great and full of energy but they just sang random pop culture songs like gangnam style etc. The food was very average, entrees were delicious, mains were cold, bland and dry, desserts were awful and not what was listed on the menu emailed out. We were severed some sort of pana cotta that had something like rose water or lavender in it and tasted like perfume and also a very bitter chocolate mousse when the menu stated we would be served sticky date pudding and a Raspberry white chocolate cheesecake. I took one bite of mine, choked on perfume and left because we'd had enough by then. Would not go back or recommend to anyone.
EDIT: Just seen the response from the venue that a refund was offered and that is ABSOLUTELY 100% FALSE, I asked several times for a refund and explained we were from out of town and didn't know when we would be able to come again and they still refused to refund. I have multiple emails proving this, I asked at least 3 times for a refund!

What a 5 star restaurant, entertainment from start to finish food was wonderful, The Captain was great. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Go on what you waiting for ring and book.

Be careful of what you are paying at the end if the nite. We were charged for an extra bottle Shiraz and 2 cocktails.
I have contacted them and send the receipt. I was assured on the phone that could be fixed and never heard back from them.
However the entertainment was awesome. Not even a dull moment. Food was nice also.

Had lunch today in the pub section. Food was really nice, service was amazing, we will be back!
Parma was great too!

We went there with our 3 year old and she absolutely loved it. We had a fantastic time and the staff were absolutely welcoming and inclusive. We would definitely recommend it. We unfortunately couldn't stay for the last 30 minutes as our toddler was tired, so didn't get to see the end of the show. Security recommend this for all ages.

Booked a night show there for my wife's birthday party and I could say that it was one of her best birthday nights ever!

The Titanic is fantastic great for all age groups from bubs to Grandmas & grandpa's the show is also funny & entertainment I highly recommend it, It is my second time there & I can't wait to go back for number three thankyou to you all at Titanic we had a blast

I've been to the theatre show before & thoroughly enjoyed it! Tonight we visited for the pot & parma special and it's possibly the best parma I've had in a while. That along with the lovely service means that we'll definitely be back soon. Thank you!

Great show really funny drinks where reasonably priced but food was average still nice but a bit average for price per head

What a cast! Such a fun night out! Camp, funny and great food. Dessert was the highlight. Can’t wait to go back. Great family entertainment and perfect for large groups. There’s something for everyone
