Time Out Fed Square

We ordered bruschetta for entree and the lamb pizza for lunch. Very happy with the street food lunch. In particular the Lamb pizza was highly rated by us. Highly Recommended for a quick lunch.

NYE surcharge which was reasonable at 10%. Booking made online which was simple to do. Nachos minus the beans were delicious. There was a topping at most layers of the corn chips, unlike some places that only have toppings on top & then dry layers. The capriciosa pizza looks simple but was so tasty. Lemon lime & bitters are not authentic. They came out pink which indicates to me it came out of a premade bottle, not made with Angostura bitters.

I like this place, very good vibe, yummy food and drinks. Good place to hang out with friends.

Food was delicious, good coffee, lovley service! Fun sitting inside and feeling the room shake from the trains. The toilets are clean. Many options of food and drink. Gluten free and vegatarian options! Obviously very close to the station, very helpful.

I came across time out last week while waiting for the footy game to start thinking it would be a Cafe style dinner. We ordered the steak and salmon dishes from the menu, and both were absolutely delicious! The steak was ordered medium rare, which was cooked perfectly. The salmon was also excellent. I enjoy the Wasabi sauce on the salmon, I think it went together really well.

Some of the worst food I've had to date. The service was fine and the ambiance was okay, but I paid almost $100 for two meals and I couldn't even finish mine it was that bland. It had no flavour and a soft, squishy texture. My date was Italian and she said "There's no such thing as bad pasta, but this isn't pasta".

At least the food gave us something to talk about, but still, disappointing. I can't afford to eat expensive food very often.

A nice bar with table service and good dishes. Simple for a great lunch break. Great burgers.

It was Boxing Day and we were glad to find somewhere for an afternoon coffee. This is a pleasant place to relax and enjoy a leisurely meal. The pizza was excellent. Friendly staff.

Had a decaf iced coffee there yesterday and was very disappointed. Coffee far too weak for the amount of milk. No ice being such a hot day. Small amount of ice cream all melted and glass filled to the brim. Just like drinking a glass of milk. Jade used to make the best iced coffees but seems she no longer works there. Not sure why all staff aren’t trained to make it the same way. Hope you take this as a positive as I really enjoyed stopping by after work for my iced coffee

Absolutely love Time Out @ Fed Square. It’s by far the easiest place to meet up with friends for a casual feed smack bang in the middle of the city. I’ve been continuously going to Time Out with my friends since my uni days (15 years ago) and it’s still just as good! There’s such a variety of food and drinks to choose from. And the best thing is that you’re never disappointed by their food or service no matter sitting inside or outside. Because of their location, I try and book a table if I know I’ll be going, saves waiting in line. Look out for those orange umbrellas at Fed Square.

Good range of food, and everything I've eaten there had been delicious. Surprisingly quick service last time I ate there too. A little pricier than average - which makes sense, given its central location - but it's my default place to go every time I eat in and around Federation Square.

Aggressive and rude attitude when we ask to warm up our slice of cake as it was served to us a stone!

Just sat down here. Ordered halloumi and zucchini fritters and it is amazing. This food is delicious. Highly recommend. Didn’t even wait to finish before posting

Today I drank 1stubbie of Corona & ate the duo of dips (spicy carrot & beetroot). Also, I drank a glass of Coke No Sugar with ice.

DO NOT GO HERE. I have never left a review before but I couldn't let this one go. Arrived on a sat night around 11.30ish pm after a concert.
Ordered food straight away as we were starving. 40 minutes later we are watching others that came after us get their food. I decide to ask someone to please check the order, she comes back looking all confused and asks who took our order. She speaks to him and then he comes back 5 minutes later to say there was a "system error" and our food order wasn't even put in. We just left. This is the 2nd time coming here & the absolute last. Wait times are always long, the waiters look at you knowing you're trying to get attention and then look away and walk past pretending to be busy. Absolute waste of time and worst service. Never again, save ya cash.

Really great atmosphere here the only problem was there was a protest and we couldn't hear ourselves talking

20 people group polite service but drop chips and don't clean up. Bit lustless service but I guess a Tuesday. Everyone finished meals and pleasantly surprised. I had the burger and the apple blueberry crumble. Tasty all round.

Great place for a light meal. On a good day the outdoor seating is a great place to watch the world pass by.

Great food, friendly service if not a little haphazard getting it to us quickly and as ordered.
