I have had a horrible experience I have been waiting for my refund for a month! I have emailed numerous times I only received 1 email back that didn’t answer my question at all, this is really terrible service. What sort of large company does not have a call centre open? Even if staff were working from home! I just want to no when I will get my refund please!

Terrible service - uncontactable. Original date of the concert is now nearly 18 months ago. So little information regarding the rescheduling of the event. Takes forever to reply to emails, if you get any response at all. Then make you jump through hoops, filling out multiple forms to receive a refund (which I since have not received). Quite reasonable to think that the original card might of gone past its expiry date in the 20 months since I paid for the tickets. Maybe next time they'll let me book some tickets and pay them 4 months later. Ref 60-59662.

I still have not received my refund of $548 for the a play that we had book, I have tried contacting through the website using there contact form, I have also called the 136110 numerous times, this is poor customer service, quick to take your money but impossible to get any help what so ever when the shoes on the other foot! UNABLE TO COMMUICATE IN THIS DAY AND AGE! SERIOUSLY

I was initially impressed at their customer service, as I had to cancel my tickets for Hamilton due to the covid situation in NSW. As the card I used to book my tickets has expired, they informed me that I had to fill in an Eft form to issue me a refund. I did so and 2.5 weeks later I have not heard back from them despite multiple emails. Zero communication. I understand that refunds might take some time due to the high volume but would appreciate some sort of communication to let me know that they haven't just ignored my request and taken my money.

I still have not recieved our refund for the a play that we had book, I have tried contcting through the website using there contact form, I have also called the 13 number so many times.this is poor servce, quick to take your money poor at being able to contct.maybe we need more compertition un this area of enterainment

Could someone tell me when I am getting my refund! This organisation is an absolute disgrace. You are so quick to take people's money yet you make no attempt to refund their money promptly. I have been emailing you guys for at least 4 months for a concert that has been cancelled 12months ago!

I am from VIC and have requested a refund for tickets to a show that has been rescheduled twice already. I have not had a response to either of my requests, the first of which was submitted 2.5 months ago. It is unacceptable that no contact has been made. I will be lodging a complaint with the ACCC.

I was really impressed with the professional, efficient and friendly interaction with Kristal H whilst coordinating the changing of dates of an upcoming show. As we all know with lockdowns currently in place it's extremely difficult to predict what's going to happen. Kristal went above & beyond during our interaction and would like her to be acknowledged as she is a valuable asset to Ticketmaster. Thanks again and I do hope this gets past on to Kristal so she can realise what a difference she made by assuring me with information and kept me updated.

The organisation is impossible to contact. I’ve been patient as Covid has been challenging for all businesses but over 12 months of chasing and getting no response shows how much they care about customers.

ID: 7355796 after the first one was was obviously cancelled. I have had the worst service ever! My refund request has gone on for over 4 months. I was told twice that my claim was with a Customer Advocate and they would contact me. I was told 6 weeks and then that it could be months but have had no contact from them in 4 months. I was sent tickets for the wrong date and no one will contact me. So frustrating and in Covid times in Melbourne their follow up should be better. Can someone please contact me.

Ticketmaster are truly are so utterly frustrating to deal with. Having followed the procedure for a refund on a re-scheduled (to 2022) show I have been waiting 7 weeks for a refund. It's impossible to get an answer or update on what the problem is and when I eventually did get an email from you the person replying had completely ignored the details of my enquiry and told me "This event has been rescheduled to Thursday 17 March 2022. If you are unable to attend this new date, we kindly ask you to submit a refund request via your Ticketmaster account. ". I know the show has been cancelled and had applied for the refund 7 weeks ago! Seriously, what is the point in replying to a customer if the content of the customer enquiry is not read? I understand that Lock Downs etc are causing delays/ problems however there has to be a better system for refunding customers/keeping customers updated. I will certainly be very cautious about buying any future tickets.
