Can't get on their website, as it's decided I'm a bot. Tried on my phone, different browsers, everything. I was trying to log on as it said there was a delay in ticketing and still haven't received tickets

We woke up the morning and one of my kids tested positive for Covid. I emailed Ticketmaster and they offered for me to exchange my tickets which was incredible and we even got to choose our day and a time for our next tickets. It was quick and easy and the staff member who helped us was really lovely.

I recently sent a query to Ticketmaster regarding a refund which they responded to promptly. They tried to contact me via phone, when unsuccessful, they sent an email. The email was very helpful in assisting me in getting the refund straightaway from another agent. Ticketmaster performed beyond my expectation, and so for this, I am very pleased and grateful. They have excellent customer service.

Rushing to book tickets for a show for my daughter and myself, I inadvertently booked 1 day earlier then planned. I realised within a few minutes and emailed ticketmaster who quickly responded by cancelling the wrong tickets sending out new tickets tickets for the following night as planned. Well done ticketmaster!
