It has taken over two months for them to refund me MY MONEY over the cancelled weeknd concert. Not sure if TicketMaster plan on keeping my money? They advised I would receive a refund in 14 days, it’s both over two months

Can't get on their website, as it's decided I'm a bot. Tried on my phone, different browsers, everything. I was trying to log on as it said there was a delay in ticketing and still haven't received tickets

Thanks Ticketmaster for refunding my 6 Nick Cave at Hanging Rock tickets when I came down with the old C19. I thought it was a long shot but was very pleasantly surprised with your service! Keep up the great work and long live live music!

Offered a refund because the event line up changed, then processed the refund and returned funds in 2 days. What's not to love. Well done Ticketmaster team

We woke up the morning and one of my kids tested positive for Covid. I emailed Ticketmaster and they offered for me to exchange my tickets which was incredible and we even got to choose our day and a time for our next tickets. It was quick and easy and the staff member who helped us was really lovely.

I recently sent a query to Ticketmaster regarding a refund which they responded to promptly. They tried to contact me via phone, when unsuccessful, they sent an email. The email was very helpful in assisting me in getting the refund straightaway from another agent. Ticketmaster performed beyond my expectation, and so for this, I am very pleased and grateful. They have excellent customer service.

I recently made an error booking tickets. Even though it was Sunday i recd a reply from Emily H at Ticketmaster solving my error and telling me how to make a further, correct booking. I was greatly relieved and amazed at her efficient response. Emily, you made my day! Thanks

Rushing to book tickets for a show for my daughter and myself, I inadvertently booked 1 day earlier then planned. I realised within a few minutes and emailed ticketmaster who quickly responded by cancelling the wrong tickets sending out new tickets tickets for the following night as planned. Well done ticketmaster!
