Rude and incompetent bloke who couldn’t figure out where I was sitting when trying to pay even though we were not given a table number and I clearly pointed out where we were sitting. Good coffee, very poor customer service.

Consistency is defined the winning profile of cafe, both food and coffee. "the service is not too bad either "

Three wise men walk in, dressed in suits and very handsome, they are Italian of course, maybe they are mobsters. They dance with style and substance but no attitude, they fit right in but also stood right out. I follow them into Ti Amo and have some delicious pasta but I am facing the street so I am distracted by the passing lights. Anyway I am happy because there are other single dining dogs like me. Thankyou

Very lovely service to start off with. Obviously quite a popular place! A great menu to choose from, everybody with me loved their dish and quantity of it. Great waiting time for food aswell

First time to visit this place I got Very bad experience with coffee, is not worth it even $1… and bad customer service as well, (need to improve it)

We ordered from the special menu 3 weeks ago; I can't remember the exact names: lobster and crab bisque, prosciutto salad with pears, prawn linguine. The food was fantastic! Hearty home-cooked Italian dishes to warm you up on a cold day.

Super tasty pizza and other meals with great authenticity.
When the place is heaving, staff can seem a little overwhelmed but big kudos for everyone keeping their smiles and attention.

Chicken Parmigana with veggies instead of chips

The food was of poor quality and flavour. I'm assuming this is due to take-away and the difficulties of CV. The water from the salad/vegetables made the very small and thin piece of chicken soggy and even watered the sauce.

The small portion of the chicken wasn't the most depressing, the vegetables which weren't fresh had no seasoning and the salad had a washed creamy dressing. The photographs of what looks like a deserving ~$30 was simply a slap on the face tonight.

Food is fantastic good, especially the pizza! But the service is so so! This restaurant always busy n the seat is limited thus suggestion to make a reservations to avoid disappointed.

Delicious! My family and I are from Sydney and decided to venture out for lunch and I could not recommend this place anymore! Super friendly staff, quickest food I've ever received. We ordered and it was out within 5 mins. Portion sizes are amazing and the food was so delicious. The lovely waiter forgot to bring out the bread for us for the soup but completely understandable as the place was packed. Highly recommend to everyone in the Melbourne area. I ordered the roquette salad and shared margherita, 10/10

Been coming here for 40 years. Our fav in Lygon St.a quick spaghetti marinara and Chianti before or after a movie at Nova.and a book look at Readings all very close to one another.

Went here for a work dinner - it was pretty great, with a very attentive and skilled waiter. I got the Fish which was okay, but would do a pasta next time, or a lasagne, based on the dishes that our table got.

Ordered an entre and a main meal each for my wife and I.got all four meals delivered at the same time! We told the wait staff politely that we not ready for the main yet and to bring it back later.kitchen said they busy, can't take it back! Like my food hot when supposed to be hot, not warm ish.

It was really good. I love the vegan pizza and it was so amazing. The staff was great too. I loved everything about it and totally recommended. Highly recommended booking ahead.

Be sure to reserve a table for the weekend and Friday nights as it can be a long wait. Great ambiance too and family friendly.
Their coffees are great and their drink selection is pretty good too.
