Food, venue and staff have been great. The new playground is so great and has now become our families new go to for large gatherings. Only deducted 1 star, because I feel there isn't enough staff for the large quantity of people who go there now. The current staff do a great job but they seem to be run off their feet.

Absolutely horrible, the service was nonexistent we called before and they somehow lost our booking with their claims that it was busy the food was atrocious and small portions

Very busy place. Food was pretty good but steak overcooked. We sat in the big atrium area which was slightly quieter but does not have a ramp for people unable to use stairs. Kids loved the play area.

We won a prize which entitles our children to redeem free meals at the Wheelers Hill Hotel, there was no other conditions. It's been great the last few times and we had no issues but very disappointed at the management's decision to suddenly change the rule this week and refused to let our kids redeem a free meal unless if a main was also purchased. This makes it no difference to Sundays offer and is hardly what the original prize was. Very disappointed that the management can just change the prize as they see fit.

We were the only people (8 of us) there for breakfast, and it took around 40mins for our food to arrive. The menu is extremely basic, no Eggs Benedict or hash browns. We ordered eggs and bacon on toast, the big breakfast and pancakes. The toast, eggs and bacon were cold. Tomatoes and mushrooms we raw and the spinach was soggy, causing the toast to become green and mushy due to the liquid that pooled on the plate. The pancakes were burnt and as thick as hockey pucks. The only saving grace was the play ground... Dont waste your time and or money.

Booked a large table well in advance for birthday celebration. Opening night of their new Kids’ Play Centre. Met with children running around without shoes - shoes were left scattered all over floor. Was told to wait upon arrival. Excuse me! Not impressed! Ten minutes later shown to table. Child ran into me at bistro line and bar! OH&S? Carpet needs contrast to stairs leading down to East End Terrace as very difficult to see steps at all. Party of 12. Took over 45 minutes for meals, arriving spasmodically. Fish dry. Burgers greasy. Lamb souvlakia tasteless. Food was warm not hot. Very, very average. Menu needs a revamp. Staff disinterested. Not what is once was. Noise was unbelievable! Won’t be back.
Response from venue - no excuses - if you’re unable to manage expected numbers then suggest put more staff on in kitchen, floor and service. Waiting an hour for a meal is unacceptable. Shoe rack should have been a forethought. We won’t be back.
