Great bistro, love this place. Top food, prices are very reasonable too. Kids eat free everyday between 5: 30pm and 7: 00pm. Nice atmosphere, excellent function room for parties or work functions. Weekly schooner specials on selected beers, what's not to like? Keep up the great work guys!

The staff is pleasant but da food was horrible as i ordered fish n chips n when i received my meal it was so soggy n there were actually scales on da fish that was battered fried n i was suprised so i had to return n get a refund.sorry to say but we wont be going there again.

Excellent medium rare scotch fillet, fast service with polite and friendly staff. Have enjoyed the Vale in the past and great to come back to the same great service and food.

Visited on a Monday night, was pretty busy, minor hiccup with one of our meals, one of the staff, Sam helped. Sam's service was exceptional. Definately be going again.

Typical club/pub type food, but nothing particularly special. We had the porterhouse steak and chicken schnitzel. Both meals were under seasoned and lacked flavour. Kids eat free on Thursday and Friday and a kids area makes it family friendly, but food is nothing to write home about.

The meals were good, and the service positive. The kids playroom provided a distraction so that the parents could enjoy a little quiet time. I think that the prices are a little high for a pub though.

Food was disappointing, I couldn't finish my one because of the unusual taste. The place is clean and staff was polite, also the playground helpful if you have kids.

Nice vibe and rooms are very nice. Food is quite expensive. Avoid standards such as parma, they are no better than ones costing half the price. Place was quite busy, took 40 minutes to get food to tables.

Meal was ok although i had to eat the burger without a bun as no gluten free option. Same price no discount. Took my g&t back 2 ice cubes and tonic water was flat. Cappuccino luke warm. Disappointed.

Great pub with some great food and staff, Shay is particularly the best staff member there, constantly approachable and always professional. Highly rated this place

Forgot my meal. Wedges aren't that hard but came out tasting burnt and looking just a shade lighter.

Worth the money spent. Good size potions and taste food as well. The kids play area was very helpful in keeping the kid occupied.

Terrible food terrible service and a manager who couldn't even apologize for an hour and half wait for food on a day that wasn't busy.
An hour for a kids burger and bowl of spaghetti to come out, then when the food actually came it was average at best.
Used to be a good joint now poor doesn't even do it justice.

Had my daughter's 21st in the private cocktail bar area. The venue and staff could not have done more to unsure it was a great night. Would highly recommended it.

I got an eye fillet that the chef had cooked perfectly however the quality of the meat was not up to the standard expected of the most expensive steak on the menu. Tuff & chewie.

I had good fun at trivia night. But the potato chips we ordered were pretty nasty (bowl of chips with gravy, they were extremely greasy)

The Vale has a great feel to it. The social group I belong to meet there on a regular basis, and we are always made to feel welcome. The food is good, simple fare and plenty of it. Well priced and served to the table in a fairly quick time frame. The seniors even get a $2 voucher to spend onsite that day.
If you are into fine dining then this probably isn't the place for you.

Highly recommend The Vale for a great meal. Friendly staff. Plenty room between tables. Nice and quiet to enjoy your meal. The Blackened Salmon is our favourite meal. The Vale would be the best pub in the area for its quality meals. Make it your local
