Andrew has served me and my Dad graciously for years. Would highly recommend this place. Lovely food and some good beer on tap. Will change the TV to the footy when you ask.

My favourite pub in Melbourne. Delicious food, good sized meals and friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

Chicken cesear salad had barely any Chicken. Basically lettuce and a sprinkle of powdered cheese. Veggie lasagne looked unappealing and really small portions. Service was good. Better options in Chapel Street.

Good outdoor areas. Though $12 for a point of good beer (not Furfy!). Is beginning to get out of hand!

Manager was so rude. He allowed everyone to sit inside and request me and my mate to sit outside and said we come to take order. We wait there for half an hour but no one comes. Funny thing is that i went inside to gave my order but he refused and says we come to you.

The staff are friendly, the food quality for the price point is O. K.limited cocktail list. Range of beers on tap. Convenient location. TV screens (occasionally working properly) and canteen like tables with the cutlery in metal buckets kind of atmosphere.

Friendly helpful bar staff. Fabulous icy GnT - pleasant relaxing environment on a sticky hot day. Like an Oasis from the Heat in Prahan (Vic)

Porterhouse steak was delicious. Cooked perfectly.
Live music was great. Good atmosphere!

This is my local and normally the service is great. We've come to expect the friendly attentive service, thats why we go there, but tonight was pretty slack. We couldnt even get a bottle of water bought to the table and no table service for meals. That's fine if you tell us, but no one seemed interested. Hope its not a sign of things to come.

So happy hour states $7-8 pints, go to bar and order a pint and bartender tells me it’s $12. Not happy Jan. The sign does not say it doesn’t include all pints, very bad and confusing marketing.

Hadn't been here for a while, and quickly remembered why. Parma night.what could possibly go wrong? Chips were freshly cooked and hot.tick. Little side salad nice.tick. The parma itself was cold and tough like a slab of leather. It had obviously been pre-prepared and sitting there for who knows how long. Completely inedible. Insulting and disrespectful to serve food like this to your customers and a total waste of money. Never. Again.

I'm never disappointed with a meal at the Union. It's been my local for years and I love their steak and parma nights. Cosy atmosphere with the fire, friendly staff and a chilled vibe

Had the Lamb Shoulder & Mushroom Ragu Gnocchi - it was sensational. Fried calamari was also nice. Their cocktail jugs are elite - love potion is a must try - light and refreshing.

Excellent place to have lunch on a Sunday.really good food, pleasant environment, attentive staff.highly recommended.

I have to say every time I have eaten here I have been really impressed, they have some lovely options when it comes to food and the drinks are mixed and made well. The staff are so friendly, but the thing that I love the most is just the casual bar setting that is comfy and gets a good amount of sun in the afternoon that gives it that advertisement look. Love it!
