The Sporting Globe Bar & Grill

I've only been once for a birthday party and was impressed how big the place is and staff are really nice, I had the salt-and-pepper calamari and it was delicious

Good for drinks and a snack, not good for a proper meal out.
Service is hit and miss, depends on who you get serving you and what mood they are in.

Steaks were a little tough, our order was forgotten but it was half price steak night and was fairly cheap

Great pub with loads of tvs. Came here for the footy and wasn't disappointed.well except for the dees not turning up in the first half!

Great food and used to be the place to go with friends and grab a meal and a few cold ones last summer. Not so much now that you can't eat out the front because of smoking laws, they could easily make that area non smoking as there is a smoking area just outside the restaurant.

Great place to watch an event of any sport. Great staff & even better food. The classic burger should be winning awards globally & the wings are to die for! Do ya self a favour if your ever near by & drop in for a quick bite and be sure to try the classic burger you won't regret it.

Good vibe, delicious food except the appleslaw, no apple and one of the worst colslaw I have tasted.

Love the Sporting Globe. Their steaks are always amazing and on Tuesday night, they're half price too. Haven't tried their cocktails yet, but they sound great too.

The chocolate brownie for dessert is a MUST. Trust me on that one.

Had a afternoon snack stop here.the place has a good atmosphere and is well set out.
They have an out door smoking area and a wide select of beers on tap.
Blokes can go for a beer and leave the misses shopping.lol
I would recommend this place.
Heaps of TV screens at the ends of tables and plenty on the walls.
Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cool staff, great selection of drinks, and good food. A bit overpriced for some of the food but not ridiculously so. Got screens showing almost everything you want sports related, as well as just your general television programs at the booths. For what it is, it's nice.

Came for Thursday $14.90 burgers. Food was delicious. Thought the drinks were a bit on the pricy side and the service left me with a somewhat bad taste. We were seated then kind of forgotten about until I basically waved someone down. Then when we were finished, we had to wait for someone to acknowledge us to pay for it. Not sure if this experience will bring us back but time will tell.

The quality of food is hit and miss. Some days its the best dam food you have had, and other days i would have been better staying at home and earing cat food

Service is slow, we also had a mixup with drinks and food that wasn't ordered but ended up being on the bill. Its a pretty loud place so forget having a quiet conversation. Perhaps not a great idea for a first date, or second.

Great food, yummy drinks, decent service. Loud, but what else would you expect from a sports bar? Love their weekly specials!

Been thr lots of times. Nice place for drinks and bites. Really liked their Portuguese chicken bites.would definitely go there again n again. Never did dine in. But would love to do when get chance.
