The Sporting Globe Bar & Grill

My wife and I dropped in for a quick lunch seeing they had a steak deal on. Had one of those great dinning experiences where the staff were attentive and friendly and we both enjoyed our steaks more than the MPD steak kitchen which we'd also tried recently. We'll be back. Thanks.

Came here the other week and the food was wonderful, and service was sensational. Your staff are rockstars especially Sammy and Meagan

Today wasn't to bad. Friendly greeting on arrival and taken straight to a table although asked for a booth when booking.
Steak was actually edible today and cooked properly, ribs were OK.

And moved my table while I was eating as it got to cold under the AC ducting very accommodating staff nothing is a problem.

Missed half of the first quarter of the Superbowl trying to order beers through their useless app.

Table of 8 people waiting for their overloaded servers to work before we can order food or drinks.

If the staff walked up to me and urinated on my face I wouldn't be surprised at this point.

I should have gone upstairs to the cinema for a better feed.

The rib eye was cooked perfectly with a beer tower, what more could you want. Loads of sauce, will be back.

Absolutely love the meals here. Boneless, Buffalo bites I would highly recommend for people to try they taste amazing. The staff here always really friendly and accommodating the bar staff make really good cocktails.

Amazing spot to sit down for a beer and a feed while watching whatever sport is on the TV. Definitely going to be making TSG one of my go-to places for an arvo beer.

Very disappointed with this place, food is average poor customer service and meals take way to long to come out. Will definitely not be coming back here with the bad experience and do not recommend

Not a bad place.foods ok.prices are a tad high.but plenty of tvs to watch the games.does have the tendancy to get a tad rowdy at times with fans getting carried away.

I'm always biased to anything food, alcohol and lots of sport. If you're into all those things definitely get there

This place was great. Service was prompt and friendly. Prices were ok. Burger meals all came with chips and were quite big. I had the boneless chicken bites. I liked the fact that you can get it as an entree or main meal size. I got entree size which was perfect for lunch. TV screen in the booth was a nice touch- the kids enjoyed watching the NBA. Imagine it would be a fun place for a few drinks with friends.

I mixed up this place when trying to book and accidentally booked somewhere else (Sporting Globe Ballarat). It was a busy Friday noght and after a thorough roasting from my mates i guess they took pity on me and found a place for us using what I assume was a mix of magic and ninja manoeuvring skills.

Unfortunately tonight it wasnt great. Calamari was ok but the eye fillet for $40 wasnt great, it was average. It was chewy and a bit bland Also the gravy was horrible. Tasted liked water, fat and suger? Anyway, normally get the ribs n wings and there good so will stick to those if i come back.
Service is always friendly which is good! And chips are crunchy and cooked well.

Ordered ribs and two burgers. Amaaaazing food. Pretty good service. Amazing atmosphere. Would have preferred a table in a less foot trafficd area (right by the bar, ew). Guess will have to specify booth when booking next time is all.

So impressed with this place! I got the southwest Bowl with grilled chicken and it was seriously sooo delicious! And my mum was very happy with her Hawaiian Parma! Will be coming back! For sure

Excellent venue. The staff are really friendly. Trivia night gets a bit loud but the atmosphere is still good. The food is great and the weekly lineup gives you cheaper options for the classics
