The Sneaker Laundry

I bought the Sneaker Laundry cleaning kit. Delivery was prompt and I'm really happy with how the product brightens up my sneakers. They don't turn out super brand new and perfect, that's unrealistic to expect, but it's great to be able to freshen up dirty marks and make my shoes look brighter and cleaner.

The worst experience ever. Shoes looks exactly the same. Sneakers are still dirty. Paid $45 for a clean. Emails after payment are so confusing. I am so unhappy and seems like this company is run by amateurs. Who ever is VCing this company needs to rethink about the survival of this company. Someone is going to do it way better soon, get your act together! Or get in contact with me and I’ll tell you how to turn it around.

Shipping took too long but overall the product gets the job done, didn’t have much luck removing actual stains from my shoes but was able to effectively clean marks from the soles etc, shoe trees work extremely well to maintain a newer shape of an already worn shoe. Thanks guys.

Old shoes fall apart as the glue and rubber break down. Anything second hand should be given away. Try Eucalyptus Oil to get grease off material. Soft cloth and massage gently. You will be astonished. No oily residue. If business was good, they wouldn't be selling shares for $250.

I used their products to clean my shoes, they didn't come up clean; took said shoes to the physical store and let them know I had used their products to clean my shoes, they suggested a deep clean and that I had used their products incorrectly. Attached picture is how my shoes were given back to me.
I was really considering purchasing shares in this company as a sneaker enthusiast. I've changed my mind. Totally disappointed.

First something in order was missing, contact Sneaker Laundry was told would be sent again at least a month ago but nothing has arrived. When i got time to put together my storage boxes they were different types. Emailed them, no response. Will be disputing the credit card transaction.

I had some pale pink suede shoes that were really dirty, and were going to be difficult to clean. The Sneaker Laundry did an amazing job, even though it was really hard work for them and they had to spend extra time doing it. I am very grateful for the excellent cleaning they carried out on my shoes. I am really happy with the results. Thanks so much guys, and see you again with some other shoes!

Recently purchased their cleaning kits and i couldnt be happier. My sneakers came out spanking new wow! My sneakers were just as clean as they were went i got them from Victoria Market! Would recommend 10/10 extravagant!

This is the result of $50 deep cleaning, inside and outside. Dirt is still dirt. I don’t understand.

I brought my timbalands and ultra boosts in for a clean. They did a really good job with both of them as best as they could. I was told upon pick-up that the soles of the ultra boosts are very absorbent and therefore some stains can't be cleaned. It's a shame, I was expecting them to be squeaky clean but nonetheless I still recommend their service. They did a good job at tidying them up.

Had high expectations of this place. They must only post pictures of their work that they know is up to scratch.

Just picked up my Gucci sneakers after paying for the $50 clean, had to turn the car around to go back to the store as they had water run marks on the inside. They offered to clean them up, once I got back into my car and left it was clear to me they dont take out the laces and clean the tongue of the shoes properly. Still so much dirt build up.
The black markings they claim in the metal rubbing on the leather and burning it but when I rub it, it actually comes off.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL! So disappointed

I got Clean lot pack (50$) and my pair still dirty as nothing different. Tongue is dirty, outsole is dirty, insole smell not better. Never come back.

Sent in a pair of McQueens and TNs for cleaning and I trash my shoes a lot, mind you. Chase was very helpful and I went back in a few days for show collection, they came out in mint condition i was very satisfied

Sent in my Stan Smith and Vapor Max (both white in colour) for a good clean and it turned out like brand new. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They did an amazing job in cleaning. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who needs to get their shoes clean. Totally worth it!

First time paying for my sneakers to be cleaned, boy was I surprised at how delightfully clean they were. When my girlfriend saw them she even thought I bought new sneakers.

Not a bad place to buy cleaning kits, There was some trouble with the delivery but the customer service team has sort it out in a reasonable manner. I am disappointed that the brushes i ordered didn't arrive in good condition as it looks quite beaten up. Suggestion for better packaging next time and have better quality control to ensure the product at it perfect condition before sending them out.
