Been going to Sneaker Laundry for years. Chase & the team always do a fantastic job at revitalising my sneakers and making them look fresh again. Quick turnaround, excellent quality clean.

I have taken a pair of white leather ankle boots for cleaning. The result is amazing! They look like new even though I’ve had them for more than 5 years. Will definitely be back!

Was so much fun learning and actively doing the process of cleaning my 3 year old shoes, never thought whites could be saved, but was definitely found out otherwise, definitely recommend

I placed my order 10 days ago. Then, after a few days, I contacted the shop to enquire about when the package could not be tracked and when it would be shipped. They just contacted me with the tracking URL of the delivery company.
And they used a delivery company called SENDLE. They said they had picked up my package today, which means 10days after ordered. They said they would deliver it this week, but they probably won't. It was a real waste of money and time. I will never buy from this shop again. Of course it's the delivery company's fault, but I wish I had bought from Amazon. I found the company and delivery company so unreliable that I want to refund immediately. But unfortunately this shop doesn’t want to refunds! Avoid delivery company Sendle. And I’m soooo disappointed in this shop for using it.
They are not interested in tracking packages or getting help.

On the Maps it says that it opens from 1 O clock and I waited 30 min and it still not open and on the other hand they not receiving a call.

Not sure what they did to my shoes I reckon I am better off just clean them myself with this much of money I gave to them. My shoes used to be warm not I don’t feel the warmth.

Ordered my shoe boxes and shoe trees from The Sneaker Laundry last 2 times, both times where the product was shipped to me cracked or broken. However, they made things right by re-shipping a new replacement very quickly. It could be no fault of their own but regardless they delivered great customer service!

I highly recommend the product.

This place was great, we went in hoping for 4 pairs to be done overnight, however settled with 2 as they were extremely busy, which was understandable. Value was amazing compared to other companies that offer the same service and the person who helped us was thorough and definitely knew what he was talking about. The end results were higher than expected and I’m so happy with them. Next time we’re in Melbourne we will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely team but my shoes don't actually look any different. I could have done the same clean at home. They don't fix scuff marks and didn't clean the stitching. Not sure where to get a good sneaker clean anymore!
