We were there 23rd December at 6 pm. Food is okay BUT VERY RUDE WAITRESS / CASHIER (tall young lady), THE ATTITUDE IS APPALLING AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL!
I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH RUDE BEHAVIOUR IN ANY RESTAURANT I BEEN TO!

Absolute dirtbags.
Over the phone told us business as usual then drove a hour to get there and was told because it’s the holidays they’re not doing most of the menu.
No burgers, no wings, no ribs, no jalapeño poppers.
Everyone is upset, kids crying because there’s nothing they eat, seriously like two options left, what a joke.
Just be honest and tell people up front don’t trick them into coming and expect them not to be angry.
We were genuinely excited to come what a huge letdown.

This place was the Bomb!
So many choices so we literally ordered a little bit of everything and it was all so so good.
Chicken burger fantastic, wings exceptional and the brisket, loaded fries ain't lyin they were loaded with the good stuff.
The manager was also great, waitress slightly misheard one order and he fixed it straight away.
Loved how you could taste test hot sauces to buy for home also.
We will be back.

Had another good brisket burger! My brother asked if they always like that or sometimes dry, but I’ve never had a bad one, so it prompted me to review.
And staff are great, not busy at 3pm so gave us a gander at the smoker.

Friendly staff, very Texan feel of the restaurant, seriously good food. Brisket and ribs are flavourful and very juicy, where many other places dry their meats out on the smoker. These guys know what they're doing.

I first found these guys recently at the Chilli Festival, and I love a good brisket. Amazing

Highly recommend you go there, best food in the north of Melbourne. The lunch pork or beef Hamburger and chips is lovely full of meat and cheaper than fast food places, $15. The Pulled pork meal is lovely, so tasty. I highly recommended going there.

This place is amazing! Definitely recommend dining in if you can, I’ve had delivery too but it’s just not the same. The brisket is the best I’ve ever had, beautifully cooked, melts in your mouth but still has a nice crust. Jalapeño poppers actually have a decent amount of cheese in them and the batter properly sticks! Chips are crispy and delicious. Selection of sauces is great. Pickles and slaw are perfectly tangy and crunchy. I do wish they had cornbread but everything else is so delicious it’s fineeeeeee. So worth a visit!

Omfg this was the greatest experience ever will be back after my food coma, was so delicious the beef brisket just melts and the loaded fries were amazing. They also have a range of hot sauce options too.

We went for the all you can eat.
It was no surprise the tray was mostly filled up with sides
Chips and onion rings sre good
potato salad - potatoes weren't cooked thru
bean salad - bad
slaw didn't have dressing
Mac and cheese was awful
And then they added a bunch of sliced pickles.
The pulled pork I did enjoy
Chicken wings were good too
The first lot of brisket was cooked well but had too much pepper, the second lot was too dry
I had never had pork burnt ends before but they were pretty much just chunks of crispy fat covered in a vinegary sauce - not a fan.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend and I wouldnt I go back.

I really enjoy the food here, service staff were also kind enough to recommend a great beer pairing for the share platter.
I did find the serving amount to be a bit underwhelming compared to what was paid for, with the share platter being mostly dominated by chips. It srole the show from the stars of the platter, the pulled pork and brisket, both were still were excellent, but had to be carefully portioned with the larger serving of chips.

Food was awesome and there was lots of it. We ordered the feed for two with some onion rings and it was more than enough for our family of 3.

Only downside - when I called to order as I was leaving home, the lady that answered the phone said I had to order when I got there as they were “very busy”. Kinda why I wanted to order over the phone ‍️

Partner & I went midweek to try it out finally, food was as good as we expected it to be but the service was beyond amazing and that was the nice surprise. Took care of our little boy with a drink and Mac & cheese just out of the kindness of their hearts it made us feel very valued.

Best beef ribs by far.flavour and seasoning perfectly balanced.our favourite place to eat as often as possible.

This was a surprise find for us, and glad we found it! Delicious, tasty and meat was super tender. Staff efficient and friendly. Prices fair for portion and product. Happily return here and recommend ️

The feed for 2 and a Tex beans fed 2 adults and 2 kids under 3.
Fall apart brisket, the wings were fantastic.
Good range of sauces.
Coleslaw was on point.
Very happy.
Will be going here again for sure.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Based just on the service we got, I'd come back again and again. The heavenly smell of the smoked meats greets you as you get out of your car out front. The portion of the food is extremely generous. There is a nice choice of sauces to accompany the meal. The smoked meats are ridiculously tasty. This is one place you have to try.

Food and flavours were amazing the experience was on point and the atmosphere was awesome took the family out for our first dining experience and was not let down at all. The staff were busy but still managing all that was going on. Well worth the money and I'd do it again knowing i'd leave with a smile on my face

Went here for my partners birthday and was pretty disappointed. The layout is very cramped, the food (we got the wings & pulled pork) was dull in flavour & somehow both dry & overly oily at the same time. The staff were nice though.

Excellent meal - the brisket, wings and everything we ate on the “feed” menu was great!
Can’t wait to taste the beef ribs!
Will return!
